I don't do Brazilian waxes anymore but they used to wax between the butt cheeks and hole as part of the service.

I never asked to see how much hair they pulled off though.

yeah ive heard BWs do the butt too. ive never had a wax though :ohwell: im a little scared of it.

I've actually done laser hair removal every place except my scalp. Best money I ever spent.

Men are not going to complain about butt hair. They are happy to get close enough to see it. It's purely a woman hang up. But I will tell you that I was strongly influenced about vaginal and butt grooming from porn. I became an adult in the early 90's and my vhs porn experience included lots of butt acne and hair in places I never realize it grew, so I took it upon myself to be extra about grooming.

This entire board laughed at me when I brought it up 10 years ago, but when Lawrence Fishburne's daughter and her chocolate chip booty hit the scene, folks found out I wasn't crazy.

I get Brazilian wax once a month and it does not hurt anymore to me. I think it helps to go to a place that uses hard wax instead of strips. I always wanted to get laser but heard it could ruin skin of color. How often do you have to get it done? Does the skin feel absolutely smooth after?
 
^I like Completely Bare waxes.

cant believe you go that often. woosah. I go like twice or at most 3 times in a year. then again bush doent bother me and i never take it all off anyway

good thing about BW is they do it all..butt, lip etc.

I took before and after pictures and don't see much of a difference and the skin doesn't feel different. I bought an 8 treatment package but found I needed 2 additional treatments to get a problem area resolved.

I've found that the thing about laser hair removal is that it never prevents 100% of the hair from coming back. There are always a few strays here and there, but it beats the hell out of having to plow a field of hair.
 
I get BW once a month too. At first I would take a tylenol before my appointment, but I don't need to anymore. I also do my legs, underarm, and upper lip at the same time lol. I love BW lol I like not having any hair there.

I didn't state it in the thread but up until last week, I had never experienced either. I was just letting others know even if it had never happened before, it is indeed possible cuz I'm living proof :lol:

Position was a variation of from the back, not sure if that did it or what but I plan on doing more research to find out :look:

Actually I nair. I've done it for years. I set my timer for 7 min clouding application. I've never burned or had a problem.

ETA: I don't nair my butt :lol: just the mound and outer labia.

I naired religiously for about 6 months. It was great at first. I prepped the extra sensitive areas with Vaseline and slathered it on. Everything was fine until I started getting burns. I couldn't deal with it anymore so I switched to BW.

The lady I go to uses strips. I've done hard wax before and I'm not a huge fan. With the strips even if my hair are short they still get removed, unlike with waxing. It hurts, especially when they go in with the tweezers. BUT, i absolutely love being hairless down there.

I get the brazilian (sugaring not waxing though) and it's really not bad. From my observation :look: not a huge amount of hair comes off. However, since I get it done I am more aware of the hair in that area if it makes sense?
 
I've never been waxed before, not because I'm afraid of the pain, but because I'm afraid of exposing myself like that to a random stranger. I have no problem with showing my body, (in fact, I'm a bit of an exhibitionist but that's another topic:look:) I just find it weird showing it to someone and being all alone with them in a room, even if they're a woman.

Even when I was getting a massage done at a health spa and I had to turn over on my back and have my boobs out for a second before she covered me with a towel I felt awkward.

However, I think I'm just gonna bite the bullet and get it done.

I love being smooth and hairless down there, and it's difficult to get completely smooth with shaving. Then when I do get that smoothness it only last a few days before the hair starts growing back and it feels stubbly.
 
I've gotten the full Brazilian before. It was painful but I got over it. When I got up, my back was drenched in sweat :lol: i'm not in a relationship so I don't plan on getting them regularly.

I get a wax once a month as well. Hard wax is way better than strips but at this point I can do either and it won't matter.
