GREAT advice!you know I am with you on all fronts! I was such a mess last Week trying to find some answers and help concerning my oldest. I'm still looking, but I got a meeting coming up soon. I finally broke down and bought him som DHA/omega 3 vits. I got some calm and focus Vits, but I think I want to see how the DHA helps or not first. I plan on taking some for myself as well. Have you tried any supplements? I know this isn't much, but try taking an evening just to focus on self! Like take a hot shower or bath, and massage some body butter or cream on. Get some cute slippers (they are all on sale right now) and drink some nice tea! Do you have melatonin? I give that two my children and it works well. They fall asleep and wake up on their own. I hate waking those people up! I would rather pick up garbage on the side of the road.
Oh and sleepy time tea is a good relaxing easy thing you can do right after you put the kids to sleep.
