OMG I hope you’re ok! Whatever you’re going through know that we all love you and want the best for you. As for me I’m fine and doing much better.
 
I am thinking of hiring a life coach of sorts. I feel like I haven't had a solid routine or set goals for years and I can't seem to get myself on the road without self-sabotaging it. It's this weird cycle that I have observed in myself that I am trying to course correct. One of my goals for 2018 was to identify areas where I need help and finding the expert help I need. I am adding a house cleaner and laundry service to my life because of this.
 
I found myself a coach. A girl who I am distant friends/associates with launched a coaching business, I was on her e-mail blasts and responded to one, so we are supposed to have a consult on Friday. I am excited to try this out. I think therapy has been good to me in that it helped me to see things and identify where I have issues, if I want to fix certain things or leave them alone, and how to cope with others. I think this is the action step for me, I get overwhelmed when I need get a plan formed, and I definitely need accountability.

OAN, I am going wine tasting this weekend, and I need it!

Thank you doll and it was yesterday. You can go to the person’s full profile page and click on the Information tab or if you’re in the mood to go hunting you can scroll all the way to the very bottom of their profile page.
