elasta qp mango butter is from the pits of hell.

don't let me forget lekair and ors and lustrasilk.:tantrum:

Neutrogena T-Sal shampoo. It made my scalp problem 50x worse and I lost hair from the scaling that it caused. :nono:

Duotex - it was a cruel nightmare on my transitioning hair. My hair was glued together and it felt like draw straw. Aphogee worked fine for me, so I know I was not protein sensitive.

Elasta QP DPR_11--just not good. Left hair tangled mess
ORS Replenishing mask--never really got what the hype was about. Didnt feel the superior conditoning
Holly wood Beauty castor oil hair pomade--yeah, right...whatever. Left me with crispy ends
VO5 conditioner--I guess I got what I paid for 66 cents spent and no slip to speak of or conditioning either
Chi Silk Infusion heat protectant--leaves my hair weirdly dry, scent kinda makes me nauseous
Victoria Secret hair anything--stinky, heavy and greasy,

1. glycerin
2. rosewater
3. Giovanni Direct Leave In
4. Roux Porosity (if used as a final rinse, my hair is like cement)

A jar of sulfer that I bought back in 2008. I was warned not to use it, but did it anyway. After 2 applications I got pimples the size of baby elephants! It was disgusting! The rash on my neck was NASTY. Oh and my hair didn't grow LOLOLOL Never again. I didn't even swap it either, just threw it away.

Not including products used pre-LHCF:

L'Anza Healing Moisture Tamanu Cream Shampoo
This is when I learned that just because you spend an arm and a leg for a product doesn't mean it will be the best for your hair. This mess dried and tangled up my hair something FIERCE. It's sulfate free and all that jazz, but my hair did not agree with this stuff at all.

Neutrogena Triple Moisture Silk Touch Leave-In Cream
Left my hair very dry afterwards

Qhemet Biologics Amla & Olive Heavy Cream
This was just too heavy for my hair and since it weighed down my strands so much it caused breakage.

Hydratherma Naturals Daily Moisturizing Growth Lotion
I'm sorry, but words cannot express how horrible this product was on my hair.

1. Elasta QP Mango Butter ( I thought it was moisturizing, but it was actually drying out
my hair something horrible)
2. I hate to say it, but I had to let the "juices" go. All of them dried out my hair.
3. I'm on the fence about Eco-styler gels. My hair dresser is convinced that it was the
Olive Oil Eco-styler that changed my dark-brown hair reddish-brown, but I think I
may have mis used it. I'm giving it another go with a protectant underneath (thanks
Pokahontas) and I'm trying the clear one. I'll let you know next week if it's a go or
no.

Lustrasilk Cholesterol only when I was Natural though. Now, however, it is great on my relaxed hair lol!

Shea Moisture Deep Treatment Masque,That **** messed up my almost 6 month stretch did not moisture my hair worth squat. My hair, since the masque did not moisturize became dry and all that newgrowth in 1 area became a tangled matted mess, which I screwed up by damp bunning. Since I had to cut a lot of the matted hair out, my hair ends were very thin, which I just had to cut my waist length hair back to below brastrap to even my ends up since the thinness was was to noticeable. Talk about pissed, I'll get back there thou.

that mess caused me so much problems that it wasn't worth giving it away. It caused so much build up that I had to wash my hair w/ sulphate clarifying shampoo 3x times after washing my hair w/ sulphate free shampoo twice. I still trying to figure how to use it before I give up and throw it away.

@ bolded: Agree 100%. I tried the juice bandwagon and my hair did not appreciate me doing that at all. Granted, I tried "the juice" in the winter and I've heard since there's more moisture in the air in the summer that many ladies who previously didn't have success with "the juice" are now. *I* don't think I'll be trying it again though.

Eco-styler gel - my hair felt like I had used plaster to lay my edges down
Maka oil - maybe this product will have great benefits when used over time but I will never know because it literally smells like sewage. I used it 2 weeks ago and my bathroom still faintly smells like a septic tank is running under it (and my apartment is on the 6th floor....). Never again.
Shea butter and Bee Mine Hair and Scalp Moisturizer - both just sat on my hair and ruined my brand new organic cotton pillows.

Cosigning with this one.:nono:

Dr. Bronner's - my hair felt stripped after using. Even tried it as a body wash and it felt like it left a film. Now I just use it for cleaning up; it works great for that.

CHi Silk Infusium - meh didn't do much for me, no shiny hair etc, John Frieda weatherproof cream worked a lot better for a lot cheaper.

Lacio lacio -nada
Dr Miracle temple - made my damaged hairline worse and the oil burned my sister's neck and forehead

silicon mix just sat on my hair and smells like old womens perfume.
infusium 23 original formula left my hair dry and brittle.
shea butter and olive oil leave my hair dry but oily feeling.

Elasta QP DPR 11--Left me with dry straw like hair
Millscreek shampoos-- Tangled hair
Denman Brush-- Lost soo much hair (no good for my 4b hair)
Baking soda-- Felt good while rinsing off. Single strand knot city once hair dried

I have to agree with everyone who said Elasta DPR-11 - this conditioner left my hair feeling like dry straw.

Also,
ORS Replenishing Pak = dry parched hair
Coconut oil on my hair was a :nono:. It's much better on my skin

Infusium 23 Revitalizing Conditioner - this one was the worst conditioner that I have ever put in my hair. The comb would not go through it and I was relaxed at the time. I had tiny broken pieces of hair all over the shower after using this one.

Sulu Max - I couldn't get past the smell - it was just gosh aweful.
