I would NOT. Not at this age of 27. A man's role in a marriage is to provide. Traditionally, an engagement ring is to persuade the woman to marry him by showing I well he would take care if her. You can't convince me of anything for $100 and the older, more distinguished I am, the more convincing I'm gonna need. *smiley not available*
