My vitamin supplement stash includes the following:

Co-Enzyme Q10
Biotin
Vit C
Vit E
L-Lysine
B12 Complex (B Stress)
Hair Elements, by VitaminShoppe (Since September)
Nioxin (I take four tabs and day and alternate with Hair Elements which tells you to take four a day. I will drop it when I finish this supply because Hair Elements provides more nutrients...and is substantially less expensive.)
Nature Made Flaxseed Oil (I've been using this for a year or two for relief of hormonal symptoms, anyway.)
Evening Primrose Oil (Just started.)
Nature Made Women's Multi
Acidolphilus
Garlic Tabs
Glucosimine and MSM

Hair, Skin, Nail combo (Contains Biotin, Vitamin E, Cod liver oil, Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9, Silica and lots of other stuff)

Fish, Flax, Borage oil combo (also has omega 3, 6, 9)

MSM powder (Vitamin Shoppe)

I also maintain a healthy diet (mostly wild fish--salmon, bass, halibut)
Veggies, salads, not too many sweets (although I finished the master cleanse and wanted to gain some of the weight back, so I had some Mrs. Fields   )

Fruits

High fiber cereal for breakfast

Tea

Hey Den, what's bamboo? I've seen some silica pills in The Vitamin Shoppe but bamboo was not on the bottle. Does it matter if it says it or not?

TIA

Liquid multivitamin (split dosage)
Spirulina
MSM flakes (2000 mg/day)
Calcium supplement (multivitamin doesn't have 100% RDA of calcium)

Usually 1 or 2 centrum vitamins and 3 (this is the correct daily dosage) of a calcium, magnesium, zinc suppliment along with a morning serving of whey soy protien drink. To substitue my not eating until lunch time.

I now have only been taking:

2 Nioxxin Recharging Complex
2 Puritin's Pride super biotin
I want to start taking Flaxseed again it's soo good for shine and moisture.

2 GNC Utral Nourish Hair
1 Flaxseed, Evening Primrose (will be trading these 2 in for 1 Omega 3-6-9 by. Pharmassure)
1 multi- Solgar VM-75
1 Solgar Biotin
1 Solgar Sea Kelp
1 tsp of B-pollen (I add this to my food)
1 MSM
1 GNC Silica

i'm taking:

vitamin shoppe powered msm (4000 mg) -- smoother hair
puritan's pride super biotin (5 mg) -- thicker strands
vitamin shoppe nutri 100 multivitamin -- overall supplementation
silica plus by kal (600mg) -- thicker, silkier strands
& vitamin shoppe omega 3,6,9 -- healthy fats

on my vitamin regime i notice my hair grows in healthier, thicker, quicker, "smoother" -- still nappy, but definitely a "looser" texture. i get a little over 5 inches a year. without vitamins i'm a little over 4 in. a year.

in the past i've also tried hair formula 37 which did work for me. i got about .75 to 1 in. a month. but despite the amazing growth i had to let them go because of three things: the high price, the large daily dosages, the large-horsepill size.    :look:

but overall i consider supplementation an essential part of optimizing my hair growth.

Currently am taking
1 multivitamin (100 mg)
1 iron
I was also taking Nioxin Recharging Complex and biotin, I dont know why I stopped takin them. I want to try viviscal and HF37.

1. Biotin = 80 mcg
2. MSM = 2000 mg
3. Vitamin E = 1260 IUs
4. Vitamin C = 2000 mg
5. B-Complex = 1-2 tablets
6. omega 3 = 1000 mg
7. Oil of Evening Primrose = 2000 mg
8. Oil of Olay wellness & beautiful skin pak = 1 pak (includes a multivitamin, CoQ10, and Green tea)
9. Flaxseed Oil = 1000 mg (I take occasionally)

I've decided to scale down. There's no way I can take all of the vitamins I have everyday. Today I took the perfect food supplement. The day before that I took a hair, skin, and nails and drank spirulina.
