Made me itch all over like nobodys business!!

I take:

-GNC Ultra Nourish Hair (2x day)
-Biotin 1000mcg (1x day)
-GNC Horsetail (1x day)

Quick Question: do you ladies think it will be a good idea for me to incorporate Nioxin into my regimen...or is that doing too much? I'm skeptical when it comes to taking pills....I'm afraid of oversdosing or something like that...lol.

I take viviscal regularly and the GNC hair, skin & nails pill when I remember.

The Viviscal does wonders for my nails and the GNC pill makes my skill beautiful. I'm not sure if they improve my hair I'm trying not to really look until late September early October.

Currently I'm on the daily Hairtopia vitamin routine which consists of:

Six amino acids capsules
Two vitamins and minerals capsules
Two herbal plus capsules

In addition, I'm taking:

One Centrum Multi-vitamin
One Biosil capsule
One to two tablespoons of SSS Tonic Liquid Iron supplement with B vitamins {the liquid iron supplement is taken every other day or so}

Last week I started taking:

GNC Ulta Womens (2)
Gaia Herbs Skin and Nails Liquid Caps (2, has lots of silica in it!)
Vitamin Shop 460 mg Horsetail (1)
2500 mcg Biotin (1)
1000 mg Flax Seed (1)
500 mg Evening Primrose (2)
MSM 4000 mg

And of course, drinking water like it's going out of style...which is hard for me, 'cause I really don't like the stuff.
The things we do for our health and our hair...

OK, you win...damn.

I follow the Bargello regime. So I am taking about 20 pills per day. It is annoying, but my skin looks flawless. Which is good since I wear so many protective styles.

What is the Bargello regimen?

I learned about if from Lucia's website. Here is a link to the thread with the article in it:

I haven't noticed an increase in hair growth yet, but my skin looks amazing!!!

I have always had "agreeable skin" but now it looks more even, no blemishes and even more "glow" I have had many compliments.

Anyway, I did a little research because I was concerned about taking too many vitamins and I believe as long as they are not fat soluble (most aren't) it should be okay.

mine are in my siggy

i have just finished with biotin to see if there is any change. i dont think its agreeing with my skin. Im upping my water though.

I used to take a multivitamin and a b-complex, but that addition got too expensive so i just stick to my multi and vitamin c chewable. I eat sensibly and I love what it's doing to my hair. All that protein that I eat makes my hair super thick... it won't relax :(

How much protein do you consume?

My current daily vitamin intake:

Shen Min Hair Nutrients Advance Formula for Women (2)

Nature's Bounty Biotin 1000 mcg (1)

Nature's Made Flaxseed Oil Gelcaps 1000 mg (2)

NOW B-50 Complex w/C (1)

Twin Labs Daily One Caps w/iron (1)
