First of all you have to prove that they got the idea from Michelle. One lady I know in NY I think has been around just as long as Michelle. Now one can argue the mechanics but at the end of the day all the products I've seen are in fact a very flat not bulky attachment that fits like a sleeve on a ponytail. Similar to Michelle's...I said similar!Where do they have that? I've never seen anything on the market like it, and I used to be a ponytail-nista way more than I am not. The best that I've seen are the drawstrings and they're a mess! If they even make a similar product, wouldn't it be obvious that they got the idea from Michelle and they would be liable for that?
In regards to Sally how much money you think Alberto Culver has to play with? They can let a lawsuit drag on for years and when sales drop they can offer a meger settlement. Not only that what doesn't have a copycat product. Ain't nobody snatching Suave off the shelves

I'm telling ya'll watch out for OOPA

This is it for my free info
