I used to have a thigh gap. Now all my weight goes there. @PatDM'T
I had never
had one all
my life. It took
me taking my
life seriously and
not even tasting
any of my favorite
food that I have
been forbidden from
eating to finally
see the weight fall
off and finally
get one. But
slim thighs can
look a bit granny
like so now
I am trying to
add on some
muscle to get
more shapely thighs.

I am having a lot of reflective ah ha’s and I can’t shake this desire to be loved in a meaningful way by someone outside of self. Self love is often thrown around in a passive aggressive way but it’s not easy. The quote albeit may be regards to others but at sometimes this applies in the way we move too.

I have no where no one to share this with. So I had been procrastinating texting my father and who texted me at 6am him. It took me all day to just do it but I feel things which is abnormal for me and kinda unamusing. I feel my desire for love may take many centuries to produce but I know based on this I can end things despite how hard it may be as I don’t like being meh w people either I see value or I don’t but because I respect self I can respect others. Today I will feel and hopefully tomorrow I can resume my desired plans.
Thanks for allowing me space in here. Wish I had more spicy/fun/light things.

Ive had a man order for me before but this was so smooth with it. We just sat down and looked at the menu, talked about what we wanted and when the waiter arrived he jumped right in nice and smooth. I gotta admit. I liked it, lol.

It was a nice easy night. He doesn’t like sitting across from me so eventually once the couple next to us left , he jumped right up and scooted close lol.

Friday, we are going away for the evening for our “anniversary date “ as he likes to call it.

Dude was quizzing me on our first date and asking me questions to see if I remembered details lol

I got the cutest gift that I mentioned a few months ago lol

Oh and the doctors just told me what the issue is with my left knee after the MRI results. I have a torn meniscus.

Has anyone ever dealt with this?
My son tore his meniscus in his left knee when he was 11 years old. during this time we also found out he never had an ACL in the same left knee (but he has in the right). He had laparoscopic surgery with the hopes of repairing the meniscus but it was so badly torn they could only remove the damaged pieces. He was home for one week and only needed a few sessions of PT afterward. To avoid any possible arthritis when he gets older his doc wants him to do another surgery to replace the missing meniscus and ACL with that from a cadaver. That is more invasive and would require a much longer recovery and PT. He would have to be at full height to avoid complications later. But my child seems to be an anomaly. He plays soccer about every day without a knee brace and never has pain. He's been getting annual x-rays and checks in with his doctor. His doc is always amazed at how well he is doing physically. The doc is thinking of doing a study on him.

Long story short, if you haven't already you should see an orthopedist. They will likely recommend surgery. If it's not a bad a tear then it could be repaired,

Imma veteran so I go to the VA for everything. They want me to do PT. I go in a week. They gave me a brace and some anti inflammatory gel. The thing is I go for acupuncture for my neck and last Tuesday she stuck some needles in my knee because she’s the best. She could feel the inflammation. Tell me why I haven’t limped in two days. I’ve been limping for 8 months. @kcbelle925

This may be random but thank you @yaya24 for always sharing your books of the moment. I’m reading if budha got stuck and chapter 1 is already giving me a moment.

Hope every babe has a great week!

You are welcome sis!!

That was a good read.

Here is the title-

If the Buddha Dated: A Handbook for Finding Love on a Spiritual Path

by Charlotte Kasl

Reading has always been one of my favorite pastimes. I try to get 2 books in a month :)

I found both the one being stuck seems to cover life in general and the dating one I will tackle once I’m in my desired reality.

I use to love reading then started working and it’s my go to except when I had work travel I was running through books.
