Tough crowd here...as always.
If you don't like him to party as much as he does, discuss it with him. Allow him to be honest - which means don't pressure him to say what you want to hear or become irrate when he tells you what you don't want to hear.
Find your way to the bottom of this issue: Why is he going out so much and why does it bother you so much?
If its something he plans on not changing or being more considerate about, maybe you should try to be more lenient or re-evaluate the relationship.
