How long is OK to be upset?

um ok why do you need a time period to be upset over something small..... that's kinda juvenile. Explain further what you mean because from what I read, that's just childish.
If you upset about something speak to your SO to resolve the problem. The anger will go away in it's own time. One thing I never do is go to bed angry or upset with my SO. EVen if he stay up till 5am talking about it we will get it resolved before we close our eyes.
