For me, 3 days (4 if I REALLY try hard). I just can't stand the feeling of dirty hair and I feel like my hair has some build up after 3 days and that's gross to me lol. My hair is benefiting from this as well.

I co-wash my hair every other day because of the tips I've learned on this site ... and my hair has thrived becuase of this. However, before LHCF, I used to wash my hair once every week and a half to two weeks.

3 weeks, recently I've gotten hair lazy. Didn't feel like jumping in and out of the shower to rinse. I'm seriously thinking about purchasing a shampoo chair and bowl.

I've thought about it, but dont you think it might be hard to do by yourself?
If you were going to get help from someone, might as well get one of those cheap funnels they sell at Sallys like $5....I have one for when i wash my little cousins hair but i've never had anyone use it on me.

2 weeks. I keep my hair up in a protective style, don't use cones, don't use many products during the week, and I rinse my hair/head at least once a week.

Now that it's warming up and I'm working out though, that's dropped down to every week - I tried skipping, and by day 9 I'm ready to pull my hair out.

I've gone as long as 2 weeks. It's done nothing but help my hair. I don't really have a wash schedule but depending on what I'm doing I alternate between washing weekly, every week and a half or every two weeks....it's never more than once a week.

haha...you didnt put mine up there...I have gone 4 weeks :look: more than once.... :look:

but on average I wash every 2-3 weeks and my hair does just fine.... it grows, its healthy, im happy

1 week and thats a stretch but ive been getting lazier with my hair so ive been noticing its been weekly for a a while now. Ive been using les gel too so that may be it as well.

About two weeks and that was because my hair were in twists and I didn't feel like redoing them all the time

I went six days recently due to my schedule. I hope I NEVER have to do that again. It was not a good thing.

I go every two, three, sometimes four days. Not longer than that. I was doing that before I joined here though. Dirty hair = dirty, itchy scalp, so doing that every two week thing was completely out of the question for ME.

After what I've learned here I pre-poo, wash, DC, and clarify once a week and not always all of those on the same day. I'm cowashing 2 or 3 times a week now, don't know if that counts as a wash.

1 1/2 weeks is the longest I've gone since being on LHCF. But even then, its only when my usual wash routine doesn't fit into my schedule and I don't want to half-do my hair.

Due to a few surgeries in the last two years I have had to go about 4-6 weeks twice.

My regular routine was about weekly or every two weeks.

Now, with some great results it is everyday cowashing or at least running my hair under the shower spray.:yep:

I went one week at the longest(before here, 2 weeks ). I kept putting it off because my hair still had some of my wonderful oils in it. I hated washing them down the drain. I feel I could go weeks without a wash because I don't use any products in my hair, only the pure forms of the oils and what not and haven't ever gotten build up since I changed over. YAYYYY!

About a little longer than a week. But that was because i was either away from home and really busy with stuff or just busy in general.

I only wash every week. But I do it without fail and never go longer. I always add the most moisturizing non protein dc's and I always dc.

It varies for me. Sometimes I have to shampoo daily, or at least rinse w/ water. This is mostly in the summer when I'm outside a lot & I perspire so my hair is dirtier and I can also air dry so daily pooing works. In the winter I can go 2-3 weeks. It depends.

2 weeks and my hair and scalp felt terrible. Now I wash a least 5x/week and my hair/scalp loves it..
