I'd heard of conditioner washes, seamless combs, got reminded about satin caps and hot oils from another forum. Which I am grateful for. But the distilled water, protective styling and msm supplementation are three HUGE deals for me in getting growth.

2. Blackstrap molasses and vitamin c crystals in my hair
3. Henna and coconut milk & lime

1. Not all products work for all people
2. Change one thing in your regimen at a time, or you won't know what's working and what's not!
3. Detangling in the shower

Product-wise I was already using things like olive oil, Affirm, Emergencee (and other Nexxus products), K-Pak and shea butter. ...but, I did learn about S-CURL!!

1. The whole protein followed by moisture thingy. a radically new concept for me. this is the biggest thing i've learned!
2. the need to clarify. i used to always think it was just hype.
3. keeping my ends well moisturized.

and i'm just learning this "washing with shampoo" thing on this very thread. i was jsut about to go to bed, but i guess i'll have to search for it first! lol...

*MSM +other supplements
*Daily rinsing (for hair growth and moisture)
*Aloe vera (alternative to oil for scalp)
