Re: What are your \"3 Key\" elements learned from LH
distilled water final rinses
Hair supplements like msm
protective styling (grease on the ends of course
).
I'd heard of conditioner washes, seamless combs, got reminded about satin caps and hot oils from another forum. Which I am grateful for. But the distilled water, protective styling and msm supplementation are three HUGE deals for me in getting growth.
Re: What are your \"3 Key\" elements learned from LH
DITO Perfectpeace !
1. Olive oil and Milk of Magnesia on my face
2. Blackstrap molasses and vitamin c crystals in my hair
3. Henna and coconut milk & lime
shower filters ... do I have to stop?????
Re: What are your \"3 Key\" elements learned from LH
1. Not all products work for all people
2. Change one thing in your regimen at a time, or you won't know what's working and what's not!
3. Detangling in the shower
Product-wise I was already using things like olive oil, Affirm, Emergencee (and other Nexxus products), K-Pak and shea butter. ...but, I did learn about S-CURL!!

Babygurl you hair is growing nicely. Washing and rinsing in the shower is a great thing, I probably would have never made the connection without the help of all of you. I, like you moisturize, this is key for me. Keep up the good work!

Girl thank you so much for the encouraging words!
Re: What are your \"3 Key\" elements learned from LH
1. The whole protein followed by moisture thingy. a radically new concept for me. this is the biggest thing i've learned!
2. the need to clarify. i used to always think it was just hype.
3. keeping my ends well moisturized.
and i'm just learning this "washing with shampoo" thing on this very thread. i was jsut about to go to bed, but i guess i'll have to search for it first! lol...
