I take:
Prenatal w/ DHA (Stuartnatal Duet DHA combo pack)
Flaxseed oil 1000mg (just started)
just started Bella Nutri (hair, skin & nail) vitamins
Noni Juice (just started)

I take two GNC Ultra Nourishair, two GNC Ultra Mega multi, two flaxseed oil, three evening primrose oil, one vit c and one kelp. I've only been taking them for like two weeks, now, so no results yet ;)

I picked Omega 3 from the list.
I'm not taking it for my hair though (is it good for hair?). I heard it makes your brain work better. No results yet

Am also taking a multivitamin (as my diet is frequently poor) and odourless garlic (as it's supposedly good for circulation).

all i am taking now is flax seed oil and nature's bounty HSN vitamins-they have 3mg of biotin. that stuff works waaaaaaay better than GNC HSN formula and its a lot cheaper too.

biotin/b50, flaxseed oil and a multi

together they give me an inch a month

4 is enough, and the flax is an oil. i want all of my vits to come in a dropper...better digested and more 4 ya money

so i'm looking!

but i HAVENT BEEN TAKIN EM PROPERLEY FOR LIKE 7 MONTHS

so now i'm back on track!!

The vitamins I am taking are Ultimate Beauty complex (containing MSM) Ultimate Beauty oil, containing 3, 6, 9 omega oil, Hair plus containing MSM and 2000 mcg of Biotin, Evening primrose oil 1000 mg and Vitamin E 200 iu and I have noticed that my skin is a lot clearer and my nails grow fast and my hair is a lot stronger.

I currently don't take any vitamins, but today I ordered some from the Vitacost site. I ordered Futurebiotics Hair, Skin, & Nails.
My vitamins have changed since I first posted the above 2 years ago!

Now I take these every day:
-1/2 tsp (3,000 mg) MSM powder - currently taking Vitamin World brand, which contains Silica. When that runs out I have a container of Source Naturals MSM powder that I'm going to take.
-Women's One A Day multi
-1 tsp Omega 3 fish oil, Vitamin Shoppe brand

I used to take the whole shebang- biotin, flaxseed, sea kelp, msm, viviscal, B-complex, horsetail, oil of evening primrose my hair grew in thicker - at the moment I take nothing with maybe a flaxseed capsule once every few days (like the eye colour glow)- I'm going to take a women's multi and a skin vitamin (so 2 and that's it- i figure that should cover everything I need)

I have been taking flaxseed a multi, b complex and hair/nails/skin vitamins(contain 2000 mcg biotin) for a month and haven't noticed anything different in my hair.

future biotics hair skin and nails
flax seed oil
garlic
b-50 supplement
vitamin c

***i have GNC hair skin and nails but i haven't taken those yet.
i want to take a calcium supplement..my mother's nails are long
she swears it is the calcium.
