I'm not taking any. But when I go grocery shopping next, I'm going to buy some Biotin and a multivitamin.

I take Flaxseed oil, msm, biotin and silica.....my hair is growing faster and i have dramatic texture changes which makes transitioning a lot easier.

I'm not taking anything except for a B-Complex sometimes and Flax Oil and Evening Primrose Oil. When I get some money I plan on going back to using MSM and start using Twinlab Hair Factors.

Good lord that's alot of pills!! I do hope they are working out for you.

I chose other because I technically take all of those but not separately. My main supplement is Source Naturals Skin Eternal Plus, and I also take Flaxseed oil for the omegas, and a basic multi mainly for the iron and calcium on days when I only take 1 skin eternal plus pill (dosage is actually 4 pills but I split them up 3 one day and 1 the next day).

So over the course of two days, including all my supplements, I get 1g MSM, 2mg biotin, 430IU vitamin E, 214mg horsetail, 2g of flaxseed oil, lots of b vitamins, and a whole bunch of other stuff.

I only started this particular regimen on the 1st so I can't say anything about my hair yet. My skin and nails are looking good though. I've taken the skin eternal plus in the past though so I knew it was a good skin vitamin.

I take Futurebiotics Hair skin and Nails vitamins along with Centrum women. I take two hair vitamins and two multis. My hair grew A LOT with this plan. My nails were sooo strong :D

I take a centrum multi, a calcium tablet, and 2 L-cysteine a day. The L-Cysteine is really making my hair grow faster i'm assuming because it's the protein that hair is made up out of.

I only take a multi-vitamin pill designed for women once a day. It contains most of what I need...nothing fancy :)

One A day for Women
Purtian Pride's vitamins for the hair

Morning---Multi vitamin, ginko (for brain power!) zinc, spirulina
Evening--- Zinc, spirulina, flaxseed & codliver oil (in one capsule), Biotin.

This is working well for me, my hair is growing at the preferred rate of about 1" a month :)

I'm thinking about introducing back aminos too...
Oh and I just bought calcium as I don't drink milk, and my nails are getting kinda brittle.

Question: Has anyone noticed any effects of taking calcium?

1. Calcium
2. Puritan Pride Biotin
3. L-Cystein
4. GNC Fingerprint Horsetail
5. Nioxin Hair Revitalizing Complex
6. Nature Made Super B-Complex
7. Evening Primrose Oil
8. Vitamin E

Futurebiotics Hair Skin and Nails/Flaxseed Oil/2 Alfalfa Tablets all 3x a day. Once the Alfalfa runs out, I'll start the GNC Green Food, and an Ultra Thick Hair Shake.
