Everybody got their regimes fine tuned?? We now begin the official jump off...on the journey to shoulder length/armpit hair by year's end!

I am currently mid back, but will probably go for waist length at husband's request. He is a long hair's true lover....The last time I was with such length was when I was 16. As already experienced at that time, I have to prepar mentally for some unpleasant moments. With this length, my rollersets are huge and the time under the dryer so long ....

Congratulations albane for making mid back length! The folks on this thread are just trying to make it to shoulder and armpit for 2005 - I think you have surpassed us all. Good luck with your waist length goal.

I want to jump on the armpit by 2006. It's reachable if I keep my hair well moisturized and only do a touchup at 10 weeks or longer. My regime is getting stronger...I am just trying to narrow down my staple products.

Not too much is happening with me.. I'm due for a touch up tomorrow and I should be about 1-1.5" away from armpit then.. so I definetly think I will have it in April.. my regimen is still the same, I'm not having any issues..

I am aiming for shoulder length by Dec. 2005 my two yr LHCF anniversary. I am keeping hair moisturized 24-7, washing it every week, taking my vitamins and drinking 2.5 liters of water. I will have shoulder length hair by end of this year !!!!

Count me in! Armpit length sounds like a great goal for me in 2005. The Waist and BSL seem too far away and out of reach for me. This is just what I needed!

Hey! Kathy May, Fletgee, Lady Dee (loving the avatar!), Desperate Girlie and VikkiSecret! We can most definitely do this!

Keep your regimen as simple as you can, reduce or eliminate excessive heat, watch your diet (lay off the junk and soda). Try and take pics between now and December 2005 for the comparison round up at years end.

I am definately in . I would love to have shoulder length hair by the end of 2005 . This is going to be my first hair challenge. I have never tried to find out what my hair is capable of doing. I am always cutting my hair short and not being consistent with a hair regime or products. This thread is definatley great encouragement for me along with becoming a member of this board.

I definately think I will make armpit by the end of 2005 (if I don't do anything stupid)! Currently I am at 17 weeks post relaxer. I am just trying to find what products do or do not work for my hair. I think my hair is definately thicker. Since I am on the no length check challenge, I won't straighten my hair until April. Maybe I will be then??? I can dream too.....

Sharee...I would love to hit armpit for my birthday in April...but I don't know...it's slow going at the moment...Sengschick told me I could hit it in April...but we'll see...hmmm...

I'll post an update pic in April...see if I see any difference from Jan 05 pic.

Count me in too! I'd love to have a head full of natural shoulder length hair by the end of 2005.

OOooooh... Now THAT's something I would LOVE to achieve. If I could get this fro shoulder lenght all the way around... wouldn't no body be able to tell me nothing!

I'm still on the BSL in 2006 bandwagon but that might just be my 2005 goal.

Thanks Mo for thinking about us hair-challenged girls. I am trying to maintain shoulder-length for now, but hope to be at about 3 or more inches past shoulders sometime in 2005.
