I got a major trim today. I think she trimmed an 1 or 1.5 inch. The front of my hair used to be a little past my chin, and now it is between my lips. I'm okay with it. My ends kept knotting up so I figured that if I got them trim it would solve the problem. If the ends get knotted up again, then I know that is how my ends are.

Vitamins: EPO, 500mg L-Cysteine, 100 mg Zinc, 300 mg Iron, Multi vit and 5 mg Biotin.
I deep cond every three weeks. I'm now looking for a good clarifying shampoo, so any suggestions would be appreciated
