I'm 10 weeks post and my roots are out of control this time around. Not sure why but I hope it's because it's growing! :yep:

I usually stretch for about 16 weeks, but I cannot go any further, so I'm relaxing over the weekend. My mom's coming to town next week so I don't want to look a mess, either.

What up Terri!

I will be doing a brown/black rinse this weekend. I just got my hair cut :look: so I am still experimenting with styling options. Other than that, my usual wash and condition(no more than 30 minutes).

Friday - workout and then (possibly) co-wash with either VO5 or Mane n Tail; apply MN mix
Saturday - workout and then (possibly) co-wash with either VO5 or Mane n Tail
Sunday - pre-poo with Coconut milk, honey, EVOO under a steamed towel; wash with Nourish Spa; DC with ORS Replenishing Pak; apply MN mix

I'm debating about whether to try daily co-washing for a couple weeks or to stick with my current regimen of co washing 2x per week

it's my henna weekend, may add a hot oil treatment with maka infused seasame seed oil but nothing new for me. I am thinking of added aveda damage remedy spray into my regie next week for post exercise scalp treatment anyone else use this? I think Pinkskates mentioned it a while back.

Hopefully htis weekend, I will keep my hair in cornrows until church on Sunday. My ahir is newly washed and detangled and sirdrying in braids I am all set for a relazing weekend
