In retrospect....I think I was doing the right things..but perhaps using the wrong things...I got rid of some products, changed things up a little...and it's like my hair took off and just got so much better in the past six months...I wish I had changed things up a long time ago...

I never noticed we had an update thread!
Well I started here in Jan/Feb 06
That was me in Aug 14 weeks post and blowdried
then I cut the V and those layers away so my hair was at the bottom of my neck again and now I'am here... pretty much where I started of
(yeah I know I'am uneven but I try to leave the scissors alone for now)
looking at the the last two pics makes me so mad,I feel like I already could be at APl or very close if I wouldn't had to cut it.And now it still keeps growing uneven...arrrgghhhh

I have much farther to go than most of the ladies in this thread.
I am approaching APL but the thing is my ends are soooo thin. I may end up having to cut an inch or two to thicken them up. I wont be posting any new pics till April Fools, but I will try to do some henna before then and see if that helps.

So I flatironed my hair last night...and realized I made APL with a few hairs! YAY!!
Now I'll go back to being a good girl and not use heat

I finally made it! 
Man, it was tough but I picked myself up and kept on going. I got a little discouraged in the beginning but once I discovered what worked best for me...it was all good after that. Thank You to all of the wonderful ladies here. Sorry I can't post any pics but I will once the Hide Your Hair Challenge is up.

I have some long pieces that are at APL... I want full APL. in order for me to claim it 75% of my hair must be there
FULL APL here I come! I am doing the C&G method until August. (modified) Then I will start up again in November and keep it hidden until April next year! Similar threads
