Hits: Proclaim Natural 7 Oil. Smells sooooo good and just as good as Hot 6!

I did my post-relaxer Aphogee treatment, and I decided to use the ORS Replenishing Pak as my "balancing moisturizer." Even though it does have a touch of collagen protein, this really works more as a moisturizing conditioner and is a good choice for after the treatment.

Miss: Silk Elements Stimulating Herbal Shampoo. I thought it would make my scalp feel fresh, it really just stripped my hair like a clarifying shampoo.

Another Proclaim Natural 7 lover! Yahhhhh, this stuff is just the bomb!

It's funny, I don't like the Vitapointe as much as I like the Aveda Universal Styling Creme. I am not sure why. I think the Vitapointe did not make my hair feel as soft - or something like that. I used Vitapointe and it was nice. I used Aveda Styling creme and was like I still have that tube of Vitapointe. I need to try it again now that I use the Aveda daily. I think I can compare them better now.

Hmmmm, My relaxer is fresh. Not sure if that might be why this Vitapointe is like liquid gold but it just amazing. I will keep using it a few weeks within my relaxer to see if there is any difference. I just love it now. The reason why I think I like it just as much as the Aveda (and you see I never said more since I really love the Aveda also.) is the Vitapointe gives me a nice shine. I get no shine with Aveda.

You are so right. The Vitapointe does give great shine. I get lots of shine with Aveda, too - But I think that has something to do with henna.

I used to use Bigen. I stopped last year and now my roots (about 3 inches) have gotten kinda reddish from Henna so I colored my hair with Beautiful collections Semi Permanent Black. I put it all over. That stuff totally covered up my henna shine and then when I used my Aveda, I don't see the same shine that I did before the Beautiful Collections. That's why I think a huge part of my shine is the long term henna coupled with the Aveda.

Yes. But, don't get me wrong. It is a good product. I just think it took away my BLING! I have to use more product to give that to me. Before, it did not take much after doing my hair to have shine.

I used to only use this product for my coloring needs, but the rinse never lasted long enough. The last time, I put the color on and after about 5 min., I sat under the dryer for 10 min and let it cool for another 5 min or so. It colored VERY well, except that my greys were not quite black . But, my henna red roots got black. I used clarifying shampoos and those with SLS and it still lasted about 8 shampoos, which is good, I think. These used to never last that long for me. Maybe they improved the formula. If are trying to get your greys black, this one may not be a good option - or you could leave it on longer, I guess.

Yesterday I picked up some Garnier Fructis Leave In cause I wanted to use a water based leave in but was strapped for cash.

Well this 3 dollar bottle worked beautifully. I put it on last night, sealed it with castor oil and covered with my bonnet. Woke up to soft supple shiny hair that was even more moist feeling then just using castor oil alone.

Imma keep using it. Hopefully it'll stay true to me.

Garnier frutics leave in works well for me also, it leaves my hair soft and moisturized.

i havnt been paying my hair enough attention this month to have a hit or miss, i am also slowing down on buying new products, the only thing i bought this month was a few items off the net and some suave condish. which i havnt really used any of it enough to rate

I bought this because it is on sale at Sally's and I was on the last of my Fantasia Serum (pink bottle). I like this and I think I will continue to use it.
It is a little less thick as the Fantasia and is giving me less of that silicone, almost "fake" shine, which good, too, I guess.

It is cheaper than Fantasia, even when it is not on sale. I don't see it as often as the Fantasia, but it takes me a very long time to use an entire bottle of it. While it is on sale this month at Sally's I may even get another on just to take advantage.

I'm slowly but surely coming around to cassia. I did another treatment and the shine is coming along.

My hair was also much softer immediately afterwards too, and the shedding..well. strangely enough, nothing came out in the comb.

I think doing it once a week works well, but it does prolong wash day by ALOT

I picked up some Africa's Best Herbal Oil at Target yesterday. It smells so good, and I love the ingredients! You ladies raved about it so much and it was so cheap, I couldn't resist. Too early to tell if it's a hit, but I don't have any reason not to like the stuff!
