I don't know what's in this stuff, but I don't need to use as much leave-in as I normally do when I use these products. Why did I have to buy it and like it? It's costs an arm and a leg.

Grandma's Secret Recipe Hair Rebuilder. It's just regular ol' hair grease.

But I like it on my ends. It smells like lemons and it is easier to rinse out than pure Vaseline.

I've used it twice and both times my hair was a knotted mess...

Alter Ego Revitalizing Lotion (the one with the dropper top). The alcohol freaks me out.

I'm glad you liked the Paul Mitchell, it's the only moisturiser I use.

Soft rollers- can't describe them but they are made of rubber and you can sleep on them without hurting.

Okays-
Suave Tropical Coconut- May buy this again if it is on sale again to use for pre-poo conditioning

Misses-
Miss Key 10 y 1 Super rinse.

Update: I just used Lafier Lanolina Rinse as a moisturizing conditioner after Penetraitt Protein Treatment. All I can say is

. This will be my new after pretein conditioner. I am 10 weeks post relaxer and this stuff softened and detangled my hair like a dream. This is replacing the Biolage Ulta Conditioning Balm for this step.

Comb-thru Softener
Bed Head Split Mender (TIGI Ego Boost knock off)
Wild Growth Oil (i came back to an old classic and it did wonders for my hair. The powdery smell of Comb-thru softener covers it up. Can't smell the WGO at all)
misses:
S-curl (isn't very moisturizing. too light)
Frenchees Super Gro (grease is not for me. It makes my scalp even dryer and flaky)

dang i keep forgetting stuff:
Suave Awapuhi and Humectant Conditioners make good pre shampoo treatments when mixed with olive oil

Suave Generic Smoothing Glaze Gel - can't exactly remember why I didn't like it but I made a vow to never use it again!
Ion Glaze Gel - leaves a nasty film on my hair that I had to clarify to get rid of
Salon Selective Loosely Defined - made my hair crunchy. May be better in small doses.

MISS:
Coconut Milk!

I have tried to use it by itself, mixed with just conditioner,mixed with lime AND tonight I mixed it with conditioner, honey, EVOO AND coconut oil recipe that I got from someone on LHCF. I've tried it 2 times as a pre-shampoo treatment and a conditioning treatment, with and without heat.

IT SUCKS! It has done nothing but made my hair a hard, TANGLY mess...each time I've tried it! Tonight after I rinsed it out it felt awful so I deep conditioned with my Lustrasilk which helped a bit but I lost so much hair during my 20 minute detangling session. I just stopped detangling cause my arms were tired. NEVER AGAIN
