Man I hope I can stick with it for at least a month! The last time I challenged myself to properly hydrate for 2 weeks, my skin looked sooooo good!

Ditto. I have been drinking this much since last week and it is my ultimate goal to drink it everyday...so far so good.
 
BTW, I did drink the 64 oz everyday even today...I'm finishing up the last of it as I read posts. I'm so excited!

yes I have heard that your unrine is suppose to be clear. also, it is true that too mucy water is harmful. correct me if i am wrong, but I heard that the recommended amt has changed to what ever half your weight is.

my goal is 86 oz/day, maybe this will help me to finally loose some of this weight.
 
Man, this is turning out to be harder than I thought. It seems like before this was a challenge, I could drink all my water with no sweat. But now, I get through the first 32 oz fine, but then I don't know what happenes. I end up taking the last of my water to drink as I got to bed. Actually, it's quite refreshing to drink the cool water right before bed.

But, I am finishing up the last of mine for today as I read posts. I hope all this water truly helps.
 
I accept the challenge!! I plan to start out with 32oz first week at least and 64oz thereafter.
 
I've done the first 32 oz, and am working on the second. I will have my 64 oz in by bedtime. I had a better day with getting it done today.

Today, I am very proud to report, I DRANK 90 oz OF WATER!!!!! During the week, I not only drink water, I drink the carbonated water type things that you get at Walmart. I love soda but had to cut it once I stared the "Eat Right challenge". So, I had started getting the waters since they have 0% of everything...I definately didn't want to add carbs to my diet or sugar. So, these worked. However, they were getting in the way of my water intake, so, I cut them today. As a result, instead of drinking 64 oz of water, I drank 90. I cannot believe it. I remember when it was so hard to get 32 oz down. I hope this keeps my skin hydrated during these "heater" months. I know this is going to be really good for my hair too.

Just thought I'd share my success with you. Now let's just see if I can keep this up.

Hello all,

Coming in late but I jus joined the boards. This is just the challenge I need this and the vitamin challenge. I will be starting the challenge tomorrow. I think to start with I will beginning with 32oz and work my way up to 64oz. I hate drinking water but I know that I have to.
 
I've been good since Thursday drinking 8 glasses a day, but I drink bottled water and we ran out so I've only had 2 glasses to day. Gotta get more.I started noticing positive changes. Friday my skin was smoother and my skin tone is almost even.
