:love4: HAPPY FEBRUARY PJs:love4:

this is the month of LOVE....
......for hair of course
SO, break out those bottles of conditioners,
Shampoos, and such
and tell us which ones you loved,
or didn't like so much
:shopping:
:love5:

Old hit now a miss: DudleyQ's Curl Activator - too much glycerine. Complete misses: Barry Fletcher's Curly Custard - too wet; no curl definition, may work on a looser curl type. Barry Fletcher's Natural Leave In Conditioner - it has good ingredients but leaves the hair slightly oil and under moisturized Absolute hits: Barry Fletcher's Instant Moisture Spray - it's cool, minty, and refreshing; Nexxus Therappe Ultimate Moisture Shampoo & Humectress Conditioner - I picked up the travel size at Wal-Mart. I was completely blown away. My hair was lightly and pleasantly scented and moisturized without all the heaviness and greasiness.

Hit

Hairitage Hydration

Coconut Yuzu love- light whipped and creamy= heaven for my hair

Silk and aloe cream- thicker and creamier than the Yuzu love. love the smell and it makes my hair sooo soft

Sweet butter pomade- it smells like snicker doodles :lick: need I say more??

On the fence

Hairitage hydrations coconut mango moisturizer- I think there is just way too much coconut oil in this. Too the point where one day it's smooth and creamy and the next it hard like a butter. I want to love it because I love this line and I love the scent. But I can't imagine what it would look like in the summer. Probably just a cup of oil.

:drool:Huge mega hits:clap:

Redken Satinwear 02 Ultimate Blow Dry Lotion
It does everything it promises.. Basically it claims to helps reduce friction and breakage for a faster, easier, stress-free blow-dry while leaving the hair soft. It fulfilled all its promised plus more! I can honestly say.. I truly have been experiencing little to no mechanical breakage while blow drying using this product. My hair felt so soft, moisturized and strong not blow fried.

Redken Power Tame 16
Promise to transform coarse hair into sleek pin-straight hair. It brought my hair to another level of straight-sleekness. Only warning I have is that this IS for coarse hair so it might get heavy on the hair. Little goes a long way.. even for coarse hair. I still was able to great good movement and body in my hair.
I'm so in love

Continued Hit:

L'Anza Healing Moisture Line. I don't know why I keep looking for something mo' betta. This stuff is my boo.

Revisited hit - Hempseed oil. I'm reminded of it because of all the recent oil threads

Mega Hit:
Mozeke Mango Butter Blend - I love the creamy texture of this butter which melts on contact with skin and the pink sugar scent is to die for. :lick: A fantastic butter for scalp, hair and skin.

First Impression (sad) Miss: B.A.S.K Silk & Honey Latte Detangling Hair Milk. My hair has never felt this dry ever. I used it to re-moisturize my hair and it was a fail. I will use it on freshly washed hair today and see if it works. I'll definitely not be buying it again as I already have things that work to re-moisturize and on freshly washed hair.

Everyone seems to loooooove this. I am so sad :cry3:

chebaby Had the exact same experience with this product.:nono:

I had crossed this one off my list (to try) based on Che & now your review.:ohwell:

@20Something How did you use these and did you use both at the same time?

I used the satinwear first on my hair.. probably a dime size with a heat protectant. After I'm done blow drying I used the Power Tame.. very little amount because it can be heavy.I don't believe satinwear is a heat protectant but Redken claims the Power tame is..so I guess one could use both at the same time.

actually the product didnt make my hair dry. its just that leave ins dont usually make my dry hair soft to begin with which is why i always use everything on wet hair. i dont know why i tried this on dry hair thinking it would be any different.]but i used it on dry hair again yesterday lol. then i added the tapioca cream on top. my hair feels ok. not the best but not the worst.

HIT SheScentit honey rinse as a dc
