I also started cowashing DD's hair once a week. I shampoo her hair on Saturdays since she has swim lessons but I also cowash her hair on Wednesdays with AO HSR or Beautiful Curls. It helps with her moisture level and more importantly it helps keep tangles away. She is only 2yo and I can only detangle when her hair is loaded with conditioner.

I cowashed this morning with Aussie Moist for the first time. The jury is still out.

Just checking in. I cowashed this morning with VO5 Moisture Milks. Will do the same tomorrow with either VO5 or Skala.

Will Cowash with Bear Fruit Hair -- Plueberry & Olive Drench.

Will Also Be Hendigo'ing ....so will also use 1 1/2-2 Bottles of V05 to Rinse out Henna & Indigo

Hey ladies, not officially in the challenge but peripherally following. Currently co-washing ~5x/wk.

Question: Does anyone DC and d/c'd overnight with protein to cowash it out in AM? I'm planning this because I probably need more protein in my reggie and dont want to cowash with it.

The Tresemme natural moisture. I just recently picked it up per rave reviews from Ellepixie. It has some of the best slip ever, and really good ingredients.

i actually didn't hate Aussie Moist for co-washing I just didn't like the way it felt left in. They are both the same price point though. Worth a shot once you've run out of Aussie.

How many times per week will you co-wash? 1-3x a week.
What conditioners are you planning to use? HE HH and LTR.
What do you hope to achieve by co-washing? Increase moisture in my hair so I can retain more length, and improve the overall quality of my hair.
How often (if ever) will you use shampoo?
Once a fortnight.

I have DCed overnight but not with a protein conditioner. Perhaps others can chime in on this. You can always decide to join the challenge Wanderland.

You just gave me a good excuse to buy another conditioner. :hula:

I've been swimming around 4x a week after I finish my workout at the gym so I've been co-washing after a swim with suave humectant. I usually only co-wash in the summer so this a change, co-washing &t wist/braidouts. My poor dry/damaged hair needs a big break from all the flatironing I've been doind since september.
