same and Chi, Dom products, little to no manipulation. I tried MSM, MN (works but I decided to try more natural stuff), baggying (helped a lot with my half wigs), and vits. I still use Chi, vits (but not regularly ), and Dom stuff. I also do the Ayurvedic (can't believe I spelled it right without looking it up first--yayyy!) tea rinses.
