my absolute FAVORITE scent of ALL TIME is almond. the other day i found an almond vanilla body wash that i'll be using as a shampoo... and my life will be complete once i find an almond scented conditioner. i've also been known to buy bland-smelling conditioner, and adding almond extract to it

i think i'm addicted...

also, i enjoy bakery/ pastry smelling products, coconut, pineapple, and heavily-perfumed ones. i love the victoria's secret shampoos and conditioners, and also the smells of megatek, and certain redken conditioners.

I like men's colgone smells... and also clean scents like Silicon Mix (even though I no longer use it).... My favorite at the momement... CURLS WHIPPED CREAM... yummy!!!

I love the way Amla made my hair look (black, shiny and made my curls popped). But that stuff stinks!

Now I love coconut smells. That's why I love Vatika and Organix coconut milk products.

Mine too! I also love the smell of Oyin whipped pudding, I love sweet smelling hair products. My faves are vanilla then coconut followed by products that smell like fruit like Elucence MB shampoo and conditioner.

i love coconut smell... i also love fruity smells and in the winter i like the spicy cinnamon smells also

i wore miss jessies a while back and got complimented on it, but normally i feel like its too strong. my man likes the fruity smells on me most.

some "clean"fragrances leave me feeling sick for some reason and if its too strong and perfume like so sexy bath and body it also takes me out.

i want some bakery smelling fragrances now tho...

I really love that citrusy smell....like kenra products. I reaally like how ors replenishing pak/conditioner smells, too. I remember sniffing the hot six oil in the store and when i got it home the smell was so overpowering, i felt nauseated. Wonder eight oil and WGO are on my no, no list, too.

Ummm can someone PLEASE tell me what are some of these products that smell like bakery - particularly the leave ins or condishs? And which ones smell like candy?

All the ones I have smell great, but don't really smell like either of those two. Mostly fruity or perfumy. Aussie Moist has a lovely smell but I just can't describe what it smells like lol

philosophy's shampoo/bodywash line. They have different scents including red velvet cake, gingerbread cookie, and cinnamon bun. Unlike other scents that are merely reminiscent of what they are supposed to smell like, philosophy's lines ACTUALLY smells like the EXACT item. I love it.

It almost makes me wish I could just do like some girls and shampoo and leave it so the smell would stay, its heavenly. Or that they made a damn conditioner

Sweet,earthy and edible. I like coconut , brown sugar,carmel, vanilla butter cream, sweet fruit like peaches and pears. soft but sweet like apple. Egyptian musk and sandal wood, nag champa,rose, frankensence and myrh.

Generally I like Coconut smells and other fruity smells, especially tropical. I'm not so big on winter or fall smells... I guess I don't like things that remind me of cold weather

Truthfully, unscented. But I'll tolerate florals (jasmine, gardenia, rose), or fruity scents (citrus), or coconut.

Yep, and I am quick to get rid of it. I will not walk around with a stinky swirl of air around my head all day. Exception: Boundless Tresses (scented), cause it works really well.

Yes, I mostly wish they were unscented so as not to clash with my perfume.

there's something about the herbal smell of henna that i just love. funny, i wouldn't want my hair smelling like it when i'm walking around but i love the smell when i do a treatment.

related: i like qhemet biologics amla heavy cream b/c once it is on the hair after a few hours is smells like amla powder. i can only smell it if i literally put my hair to my nose b/c it is very faint

I love the scent of Trader Joe's Nourish Spa Con and Hot Six Oil. Sometimes I use them just for the scent. They're great products anyway, I just don't use them all the time.

I have some products that I think the smell is eh but I still use them...like some conditioners...AO Mandarin Magic...obvi aloe vera gel (non scented and scented)...but I don't wish my fave product had a diff smell because that's why it's my favorite, I love everything about it...

Products I hate based on smell...Jane Carter Revitalizing Leave-In, and Aubrey Organics White Camellia (which is the bane of my existence, it literally BURNS my nose).

I'm a sucker for cake, coconut, or vanilla scented products. Hairveda's Vatika Frosting is my ish. I regularly open the jar just to sniff it. It just doesn't make sense for a product to smell that good and not be edible.

ORS Replinish Conditioner and anything with Sulfur in it. I don't really like the smell of shea butter or curl activator either.

iprefer the more soft vanilla honey type scents for my skin

the Hawaiian Silky leave in is the only thing ihave that iadore smelling all the rest are "nutty" natural smellin =(
