Hi Ladies, just wondering what you have learned from this site, that has helped you achieve healthy hair. I am not talking about length of hair, just healthy hair.

Regimens
etc
TIA
Taking my multi-vitamin daily
Drinking a lot of water
Eating healthfully
Stretching my relaxers to once or twice per year
Those are the only things that I think have actually contributed to the actual health of my hair, the products help me retain length in addition to healthy hair.
