ONE REQUEST: pls don't just reference your siggie for your bit regimen. Two reasons:
1. I can't see it when viewing from the iPhone
2. Signatures change. Hopefully this thread will be filled with phenomenal results and others will want to learn from you. This could be a year plus from now. If your siggie changes all your info is lost

I'm taking my B-Complex to hopefully keep away the breakouts. I've slowly increased my water intake from 64 oz. to about 100 oz. just to be sure I flush any excess out of my system.
I hope everyone is doing well. Bought a new blender today and made my first green smoothie. It doesn't taste all that great but it will help me to get more veggies into my diet for sure. Oh, and of course I took my vitamins for today.
