I think this is good information, but I'm completely confused on this part:

"When taking minerals, be sure that they are chilled, to enable the body to assimilate them"

I don't really see why taking them cold would make a difference...

I had never read that before either. I know that some vitamins such as Vit C are destroyed by heat, but minerals--I don't have a clue on that one.
 
Whats funny to me is that once you swallow them, and they are in your stomach, they're going to heat up anyway, from body temp...
