Ok ladies I hear alot of good things about APHOGEE..Could someone please tell me how Im suppose to use protein. I have thick hair its not damaged and im relaxed. I dont have any problems with moisture. So what are your suggestions on how I should use a protein treatment and also balance moisture.. This is my hair regi.. I wash once a week with garnier fructis triple nutrition shampoo, then I DC with garnier fructis triple nutrition, and then I apply a leave in conditioner and let my hair airdry in ponytail or do a rollerset. Thanks in advance

Are you referring to the Two Minute Aphogee or the Two Step?

Protein treatments are usually for damaged hair. If your hair is not damaged, I probably would not use it.

If you do use the Two-Step Aphogee, make sure you do not comb your hair once it is in. Do not put a plastic bag over your hair.

Most important: Make sure that you MOISTURIZE after rinsing any Aphogee out!

I don't think you need the Aphogee 2step if you have no damage...I've never used it but I do rotate the 2min every so often in my regi....It makes my hair strong for flatironing and I do a moisturizing DC afterwards.
