Miss: When purchasing a product and was offered two different types of free shipping methods so I picked priority but the company sends it through first class mail . Then the company prints out the shipping label saying the item was shipped on Monday when in fact, the item wasn't shipped until Tuesday night. With the expected delivery that was due yesterday but the tracking number hasn't been updated since Wednesday.
My initial experience with the company although minor, doesn't make me want to even purchase from the company again even if my hair "likes" the product.
Update: Called USPS today and was told if my package doesn't arrive today, I should call back and have an investigation started....will be calling tomorrow.

Hit: Applicator bottle - it makes applying my coffee soak easier, way less messy and I use less product. Why didn't somebody tell me?

Hit: The inversion method - 0.5" in a week, 1" total in a month. I increased my protein and sulfur intake to make sure my body had enough left over for my hair.

Hers is nice too!:yep:

I've been buying DB Eucalyptus & Mint for years every Fall/Winter (staple).

And at AveYou you get x2 4oz Jars for $12.00 instead of x1 for $12.00 from DB and other Sellers.

OT: Purabody Naturals had a really good one too. Mango Tea Scalp Butter (Tea Tree). But when she switched to A-ma-zon Rain *or whatever it's called* she discontinued it.

Oh wow thanks for sharing, I'm gonna keep those in mind to try. I don't live in a cold state but my scalp still appreciates some TLC. But I have to use formula that is not too greasy or doesn't cause build up. And the good thing is that one jar lasts forever since you don't need to apply too much.

@Smiley79
Speaking of NG: I buy all of hers too.:look:

The Honey one, Emu & Argan, Herbal Greens (or whatever it's called), Rosemary & Parsley etc.

I want to try the Herbal Greens next, it sound so healthy for my scalp:D
I absolutely love that entire line of products. I think I would lose my mind and my wallet if she ended up in Target/Sally's one day. Her products are really good.

Continued hits:
Creme of Nature Coconut Milk Detangling & Conditioning Conditioner, this $4 conditioner is out performng every conditioner I own(salon, natural boutique, drugstore etc...).

Crece Pelo Leave in conditioner

Hit: Chi Deep Brilliance Hydration Moisture Binding Shampoo, left my hair soft and clean without build up.

Continued Miss: coloring my hair with Wella Color Charm Demi Permanent Hair Color. My hair is damaged. My strands are thinner and it loosened my curl pattern. My hair looks and behaves like I put a texturizer in it. I should have done a patch test.

Hit: finally getting qhemet samples at a somewhat decent price with the sale. I love the cocoa tree ghee but for bf I wanted to get something lighter or for my ends when I re-up

Seriously though, who's gonna pay $8.00 for a half ounce jar of product?!! They dun lost their mind.

Hit: Suave everlasting sunshine to cowash and detangle. Super slippy, was able to fully detangle in about 10 minutes, even with crappy water pressure. Doesn't leave my hair feeling coated.

Miss: The shower at my grandparents house. Low water pressure, small tub/shower. I bumped into the wall every 2 seconds and the shower curtain kept sticking to me. No bueno!!

Forever a hit: Garnier Fructis sleek n shine leave-in cream. Forever bae. Tis all.

The more I use this the more I love it! I softens the hair with no water needed! I am going to try and use it as a C next time I do the LOC method.
