Name the one product that turned your hair around.

Aphoghee hard core is the first product that kicked it off for me. My hair was breaking like crazy. It stopped it dead in its tracks.

For some reason, my hair lurves protein. I have to use it a lot (lighter treatments) but it keeps it happy.

AMLA OIL hands down, i love that oil smell n all.

I use it every week as a pre-poo and my hair always comes out soft and stays soft. I don't think my hair can live without it.

Ummm.... the things that made my hair turn around was Roux Porosity Control. I was wondering why my hair felt so brittle and it was like no moisture was going into my hair. It just looked kinda greasy instead of moisturized. But now its just bomb... I put a little with my ORS Replenishing Pak. My hair has never felt this good. :)

I got a couple :look:

Joico Kpak- the shampoo and conditioner
Pantene mask
Kenra MC
Switching to a mild relaxer and doing the mid protein step
ORS replenshing packs :yay:
Porosity Control

I just recently started using the hydratherma naturals line, softer hair, less shedding, minimal breakage and it has only been 1 and 1/2 weeks. I put myself on a 60 day challenge with these products. So far so good.:yep:

For me, it is definitely bentonite clay. The option to completely cut out shampoo (or shampoo less frequently) has up my moisture level along with healthier hair/no more stripped hair feeling.

Love it.

Motions Moisture Plus Conditioner works wonders for keeping my hair moisturized and also Aphogee stops my breakage/shedding immediately..

I use other natural products, but Giovanni shampoos and conditioners are pretty much my mecca. Usually I'll only like certain products from a line (like I'll like their conditioner but not the shampoo, etc...) but I love all Giovanni products. I've tried their nutrifix DC, Tea tree triple treat conditioner, Golden Wheat Shampoo, Deeper moisture shampoo, Direct Leave-in--I love it all! Also I recently got a gallon of their Smooth as Silk conditioner. I've yet to try it (because I still have a bit of old conditioner left and I want to use it up) but I heard it's the bomb and the ingredients look great :yep:. I also like Aubrey Organics conditioners, but I use those mostly for DC'ing and ends hydration 'cause they are so thick and rich.

S-curl--this is what keeps my hair from getting brittle and breaking, especially when I was natural. I can use lots of different conditioners and creamy leave-ins, but s-curl is one of a kind imo.

Qhemet Biologics Olive Oil and Honey!!!!!!! Hands down the best thing to ever happen to my hair! Changed our relationship.

The spray bottle - using Infusium, jojoba oil and rusk smoother, mixed with water is a great for setting soft curls AND makes a nice mister. I use this sometimes when I don't have time to cowash every three days.

DCing twice a week...i only stopped cause it's hard to get it in nowadays.

also coconut oil...i am in love with this stuff, especially on flat ironed hair...WOW

(and like BostonMaria said...no more relaxers = thick healthy hair for me...long is relative)

My biggest reason for healthier, stronger and longer hair is the avoidance of heat and weekly Dcs. (although I've been slacking).

I would love to up my DCs but too cold to wet my hair more.
Are you all sealing with coconut or applying it on wet hair?
