I'm sure I speak for quite a few ladies here when I say that I have no idea what people are talking about when they mention saran wrap and some of these other techniques. I agree!!!! I love her site, it's incredibly helpful.
She embodies exactly how I want my hair to be and it's not often that I can say that one person has the full hair package (usually I want the shine of one person, the thickness of another, length of this person, etc. etc.). Not only is it long but it's thick and full. My friend saw me watching her tutorial and commented that if the face were blocked out you couldn't tell what race the person was, she could be the Pantene hair model for every race. When she ran her hands through her hair there wasn't even a thin area! I nearly fainted.
