LHCF Bootcamp is the TRUTH!!! **Pics Inside**

That is amazing - How did you get the bounce. Did you use rollers after you flat ironed and which iron did you use. Did you roller set before?

I am now going off to check that bootcamp thread. I am also on a APL fpr christmas as well.

Great progress and your hair is beautiful. Keep doing what you're doing. I'd love to know your regimine as well.

Thanks,
Nella

Thanks Nella  My regimen is pretty simple (at least I think it is)...besides the fact that I mix/spike everything :look:

I wash my hair every 1-3 weeks and deep condition with heat. Shampoo: Elucence Conditioner: Giovanni 50/50 and Aubreys GPB plus Castor and Olive Oils

I detangle my hair with diluted Giovanni Direct spiked with Peppermint and Rosemary EO's.

I style my hair either in a puff or two strand twists using Carols Daughter Healthy Hair Butter mixed with Mimosa Hair Honey.

I moisturize between washes as needed with Giovanni direct mixture or plain water and seal with castor/jojoba oil mix spiked with Peppermint and Rosemary EO's.

Oh...and sometimes I do ACV rinses...when I remember .

Thanks Jade  I love your hair BTW. Nope...no roller set. I used a Jibere flat iron from Sally's. When I got towards the end of my hair, I just started to bend the iron and it curled it. The picture was taken right when I finished. However, to maintain the style I sleep in satin covered foam rollers that I got from Wal-mart. I think the bounce comes from minimal product usage...I only used diluted leave in for detangling and then Redken HeatGlide serum while blowdrying and detangling.

Hey Meaganita (wave smiley)

ZZIrvingJ...Thanks so much!! You are one of my natural inspirations.

MzHotniz....What types of problems are you having? How many sessions of LHCF Bootcamp have you participated in so far?

RunrunRunner - I am lovin' your energy. I think that simplicity and consistency are definitely the keys!

i believe in the one where you take your vitamins and no heat (except for on special occasions). my last couple of washes have been hell. im 8 weeks post and i had a protein wash that was too strong and left my hair breaking bad. then i put in a reconstructor. my hair is not as dry , but its not where i want it to be at all. it doesnt look healthy and my ends are becoming scraggly because of the breakage. so im going to try and moisturize like crazy this week.
