LHCF BOOTCAMP 2011 (LADIES LETS GET READY TO GROW)

Im in!! Yay! My first challenge... Im so EXCITED:grin:
1.What is your purpose for joining this challenge? To gain support and tips for growing my hair to at least BSL by November 2011 for my wedding.
2. What is your current hair length? APL stretched
3. Are you Natural or Relaxed? Transitioning
4. What are your hair goals for 2011? BSL!!!... at least
5. What is your hair reggie? I started co washing once a week. Other than that I am still trying to develop one.

1. What is your purpose for joining this challenge? To Obtain Unstretched Shoulder Length Hair:yep:


2. What is your current hair length? 2 inches


3. Are you Natural or Relaxed? Natural


4. What are your hair goals for 2011? Keep my Hair Growing, Keep my hair in a Protective Style, Keep my Regimen Simple & Not let my hair stress me out!



5. What is your hair reggie? Overnight Pre-poo with Brahm & Amla Once a week, Shampoo with my Indian Bar, Condition with NeXxus Ultimate Moisturizing Conditioner, Moisturize with S-Curl, Every 8-12 weeks Heavy Protein Treatment, Deep Condition Weekly, Cornrow and put my wig on,Will be wigging it until March 2011, then it Will be Braids!
 
I am going to commit to 4 sessions of LHCF Bootcamp. My consequence for violating Bootcamp Rules will be going on The Master Cleanse for 10 days.
I am excited to see the hair progress I will make by participating in this challenge!!
 
1. What is your purpose for joining this challenge?
To keep working on maximum hair health, and length retention
2. What is your current hair length?
Between Shoulder and APL
3. Are you Natural or Relaxed?
transitioning
4. What are your hair goals for 2011?
Start trimming off my relaxed ends 1/2" at a time (3 trims this year), atleast full APL
direct heat/flat iron only 3 times this year
5. What is your hair reggie?
Wash 1x per week, Co Wash 3x per week, DC 1x per week, wear protective styles more of the time [I'm a personal trainer/group fitness instructor so that part is easy] I use Cantu leave-in, coconut oil, giovanni's conditioner, but I'm trying a few new things so I'm still working on that.
 
1. What is your purpose for joining this challenge? To retain at least 6 inches
2. What is your current hair length? Front a little below shoulder length/ back almost APL (I am growing out my BC mullet)
3. Are you Natural or Relaxed? Natural
4. What are your hair goals for 2011? BSL, learn how to do more fly PSs and keep my ends neat without any splits and SSKs.
5. What is your hair reggie? Use my sulfur growth mix 3 times a week. Wash no more than once a week and dc with every wash. CoWash and S&D when necessary.

Relaxed and possibly transitioning

Healthy hair and to get closer to mbl

MT twice per week but will switch to sulfur once challenge begins
Moisturize with WN, seal with evco
Massage scalp daily or every other day
Wash and deep condition once a week
Bantu knot outs, twists and wearing wigs at least once per week
Hair Skin and Nails vitamins, multi vitamins
Aphogee 2 Step every six to eight weeks

1. What is your purpose for joining this challenge?
I'm trying to be good this upcoming year. My retention sucked so much last year, and my hair routine was not on par. I'm going to try a new routine and actually stick to my reggie.

about BSL (still)
3. Are you Natural or Relaxed?
Natural
4. What are your hair goals for 2011?
I was going to aim for HL but that is a lofty goal for 2011. Instead I'm going for full WL :grin:.
5. What is your hair reggie?
Cowash once every 7-10 days
Keep hair stretched during washing, detangling, and styling
Finger detangle once per week
Detangle w/ comb every other week
protective style 24/7
