HUGE HITS:

Vatika oil- it makes my hair shiny and soft and I've also been using it on my right temple which is still recovering from years of abuse.:ohwell: I now have LOOOOOOONG dark hairs growing all over the place:eek:

Bone Combs- I can't rave about these enough. The only thing that bothers me is that no one told me about them earlier.:look:

Hesh Amla powder- I added a little (2 table spoons) to my last Henna mix and the results were fantabulous.

Misses:

none so far... *crosses fingers*

Jamila was still making my hard a little hard after wash out, but rajasthani left my hair strong but really soft and smooth. The color is a much deeper red and makes my hair almost black, which I like. I've never had black hair before and it's really nice with my brown skin.

That's good to know, I have some Rajasthani stashed in my freezer that I have yet to use.

Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Gel--I really like the way it felt when I was twisting my hair. Can a style be a hit too? I tried braiding my roots then twisting my hair and that is definitely a hit for me! :)

Hit: Miss Key 10 en 1! I liked this even better than silicon mix :D
Miss: AO honeysuckle rose shampoo. Left my hair feeling dry & stripped :nono:

Hits:

Coconut Oil--I'm truly impressed. It smells very nice and it is soo light. I'm experimenting w/oils right now and I think coconut oil is going to be my staple oil for sealing. I've been using jajoba oil(which is awesome as well) and I will use that for rollersets but for my day to day oil it will be coconut oil. I used it yesterday and today my hair felt great. I just finished washing my hair and I put my leave-in in and put coconut oil in. The oil just absorbed right into my wet hair as opposed to just sitting on my hair. Two thumbs up!!

Conditioner mixture: Motions Moisture Plus Conditioner(enough to complete saturate hair) + 1/2 egg + 1 tablespoon EVOO
---Awesome. I co-washed this week w/a cheap con (can't recall name) and then as my deep conditioner I mixed up the Motions MP Con, egg and evoo and left it in my hair(no heat) for 15 minutes and my hair felt fabulous after all was said and done. My hair felt so strong and there was absolutely no breakage(save for a hair or two; no exaggerating here). I just put in Profectiv Breakfree as my leave-in and my hair felt soo soft. I couldn't keep my fingers out of my hair because my hair felt soo good. This will be my mid week deep condition treatment from now on.

The Dulhan brand of henna I use is from Rajasthan and I LOVE it:D It releases color in 2 hrs instead of 10-12 and I have deep red color on my skunk patch. This is the only type of henna I want to use!!!

HITS:

Lacio Lacio:    First of all, I am soo glad I found this board because w/o this forum, I would've never learned of or even purchase Lacio Lacio. This leave-in conditioner is the absolute best leave-in conditioner I've ever used. Combing my hair was an absolute dream. I applied a generous amount to my freshly shampooed/dc'd hair. I then sectioned my hair into six parts and then combed and braided each section and left my hair to airdry. This smells soo good and left my hair feeling silky and shiny. This will now be my staple leave-in and I plan to order some more soon. I'm looking forward to my next wash so that I can use this again. I am that impressed.

Motions CPR Protien Reconstructor:

This was great. It did as it said and my hair feels stronger as a result. I've been looking for a protien reconstructor to use weekly and I think this will be it. I did extensive conditioning by leaving it in for 5 min w/o heat and then w/heat for the remaining 10 min.
