It's Wednesday... what are you doing with your hair?!

finally done.... I'm gonna wrap my hair in my silk scarf until I'm ready to put some cornrows in there so i can do a braid out tomorrow
 
I just dont know how you ladies muster up the energy to DC and rollerset during the week. I wish I could. I am just to lazy I guess. When I get home get my ds and dh taken care of and put to bed I will pin curl and hit the hay. And that is all folks.
 
Washing with GVP Extra Gentle Shampoo then Dc'ing with Silk Elements Olive. My hair is kinda dry because I clarified.
 
I might moisturize&seal before I go to bed, I wash&DC on week ends. And this week end I'm gettin' my hair braided by my mom.
 
Well, right now, I'm DCing under a heating cap with Motions CPR.
I'll do this for about 30 mins. before I rinse and then DC with
a mixture of Elasta QP DPR, elucence, honey, and extra virgin olive oil.

I'll let the moisturizing conditioner stay on for an hour and a half or so.
Then I'll rinse, wash my scalp with a diluted mixture of Jason's Sea Kelp shampoo, and do a final ACV rinse.

After that it's time to apply the leave-in, moisturize, and seal with castor oil.

I'll cover my head with a couple of satin caps to prevent my pillowcase from getting wet.

Tomorrow, when it's dry, I'll apply another leave-in, twist with Define and Shine, and seal with castor oil again.

I like wash days. :grin:
 
I flat-ironed with Avocado oil mixed with dimethicone, I'm being adventurous.
My flatiron was perfect. Nice and silky, curls are holding strong.
 
I am going to dc overnight with some sort of yogurt treatment - got to see what I have to mix up when I get home. Will cowash tomorrow and think about trying a new style.
 
I've been fighting a cold and stayed home from work today - so my hair has had nothing done to it since I tied it up last night. I'll probably wear it back for the the rest of the week until I wash/dc on Sat.
 
I just took my phony pony down to moisturize and seal my ends. I also massaged my scalp with my oil mixture (jojoba, grapeseed, shea butter and rosemary). I put it back into a pony and I have my silk scarf on.
 
I used the aveda damage remedy shampo and treatment, then with the conditioner still in my head with a shower cap on looking CRAZY I went into town to get my hair rollerset.
 
8 minutes left lol...

today protective styling...wore one of my wigs. now on the couch w/ my hair wrapped in a silk scarf. nite nite!
 
I have 2day-old two strand twist in. I'll probably hit up my scalp with some BT (I haven't used it in4ever) then give myself a lil scalp massage.
 
I went ahead and washed it tonight and now I'm thinking about revisiting daily-washing :scratchch

Basically, I've been on this weekly salon kick where I just maintain my hair during the week, then go get my hair washed on Saturday. I washed today though because I had oiled my scalp earlier in the week and was hating the non-body thing going on :ohwell: Depending on how my hair acts tomorrow, I'll know what I'll continue or not.
