Day 2 completed. I used a mix of castor oil and Argan oil together with a scalp massage and did the bent at waist inversion for 4 minutes today.

Ok, I messed up my count because I forgot to check-in on Tuesday, so yesterday was actually Day 4 and today is Day 5!

Boy, this week has flown by. Tonight (day 6), I inverted & massaged with Duafe Whipped Amla Unscented for 4 minutes.

Today is Day 7 for me. I inverted every day this week. I guess I posted in my head because when I came to this thread, I saw that I haven't actually posted since Day 3.

Yes ma'am!!! This is awesome!!!! Congrats!!!

Would you contribute most of your growth to inversion or a combination of things?

A combination of inversion and leaving it alone. I have learned that less is better when it comes to growing out my hair. I figured out what my hair responds to and stay with those few products and/or methods.

Thank you @Janet'. When I first started, I was chasing length, but as it got longer I could see that the ends of my hair were in terrible shape. I wound up cutting about 10 inches off between 2014 and 2015. Now my hair is in overall good health and I don't believe in unnecessarily cutting it. My goal was waist length. I haven't straightened it yet, but I think I may have a few strands touching my waist.

I would like to encourage you that whatever you decide to do with and for YOUR hair, that you listen to YOUR hair. I make this emphasis on your hair, because you will get a lot of advice from people who don't know your hair.

I kept a hair journal and wrote down methods, products and recipes of things that worked for my hair over the years. Believe me, it has saved me a lot of time and money. Plus now when I look back at those pages, I cannot believe some of the stuff I put in my hair, jumping on some bandwagon or other.

I hope this helps you in your journey.

That's some good advice you gave @Janet', @newgrowth15 :yep:. I totally agree, just listen to your own hair and make decisions to help it along. I don't believe in unnecessarily cutting or trimming my hair anymore either and I do so once to maybe twice a year, but no more than that.

Today I will be making some hairdenalin potion for my 7 day inversion beginning April 1st. I will adding some body exercises and protein shakes as well because I think that they all go well together to speed up hair growth.

Can't believe it's the final week of March already. Looking forward to doing another week of inverting! Just because I like to start on a Monday I will begin next week on 4/4 instead of Friday 4/1.

I didn't invert in March at all. I was sick for almost the first 2 weeks then stressed over school group projects and crappy group members for the last 2. I've had a month of headaches and high blood pressure so inverting this month was not a good idea. I'll be back to it Friday.
