Inversion Challenge 2016 (consistency Is Key)

I skipped day 2, because I didn't sleep Friday night and I did a 14 hour shift yesterday. I'll just start over today to be on the safe side. I'm going to use sulfur oil all 7 days.

Day 1 compete. As you ladies know, I don't do all the extras like massage, oil or any of that. I work nights and tend to do it right before bed. The last thing I want to do is complicate bedtime lol

Finished 7 days.... Don't really see a difference but then again I'm in a protective style so who knows.....see you guys in a few weeks

Did you take a starting picture. Does your hair feel any differently, perhaps a little thicker? For some the changes are slight and barely noticeable. That is why documenting the journey is so important. The health of my hair improved before I started seeing length.

I've been in yarn twists for about 6 weeks I took measurements before I put my hair up and I took measurements so once I take these down I'll measure again and see if there is a difference..... But Im not going to stop I'm committed to doing inversion for the the next 11 months

Okay guys! I'm going to officially join this challenge. I'll start with 7 days, then off 7 days, then on 7 days, then off 7 days. Is that the way to do it, Ladies?

Day 3 complete with massage with warmed Vatika oil and a few drops of tea tree oil for itchy scalp. Inverted 5 minutes.
