Completed my final day today with Hairitage Hydration Caramel Frappuccino Butter on scalp, Queens of Curls Safflower Oil on length, Kreyol Essence Peppermint HBCO on edges & Soultanicals Hair Yum on ends.

LEFT:
-left back:12-13'
-Left middle back:14'
-Left Front: 12'
-Left middle front: 11-12'
-Left front top: 12'
-Left bang: 10'

TAIL: 13'

RIGHT:
-Right back: 12-13'
-Right Middle back: 12-13'
-Right front: 11.5-12'
-Right middle front: 12'
-Right Bang: 9-10'

Doing month 3 of inversions starting tomorrow. I actually miss inverting by the 3rd week or so. Also doing a LC on Friday, super excited to see some progress prayerfully.

Awww thanks!!

My LC measurements only show a very slight difference in the back/tail of my hair. The front of my hair is really where I can get an accurate measurement. Thank goodness for pics, b/c I can see the difference in length from the pics. IDK why I just cant seem to get the hang of using my measuring tape. The problem is my hair is VERY dense, so I have difficulty w/ the starting point.
 
I will be doing my fourth month of inversion starting tomorrow. I hate these but nevertheless I can't wait to see if I'll get some more growth results like I did in December.

I know I'm not getting the 2 inches that some are getting but I am getting better results than I usually get without doing them. So yeah, it's on tomorrow:yep:.
 
Day 1 of inverting just completed. 2 minute scalp massage, no oil and 5 minute inversion hanging off the bed.
 
Day one yesterday completed with warm red pimento oil and scalp massager

Day 2 today no oil since I still had some oil on my scalp, and manual massage.
