When my TA is flat ironed, my hair is more like a mullet :ohwell:
 
OMG !!! I LOVE VAN HUNT... he is performing in ATL tonight at Apache Cafe if anybody's interested... he is DOPE ON A ROPE... like PRINCE MEETS MAXWELL... LOOOVE HIM !!! Wanted to go to ATL this weekend but it's ESSENCE here... so

The front is really short and I don't even know if I got
all the relaxed ends out... it's just short... it's new...
I will get used to it... I guess... relaxers are not an
option... I'll probably just wear phony ponies/ curly half wigs until
it grows to wear I want it to be

im sure with some protein treatments and heavy DCing your hair will be fine, its just in shock, almost all BC'd hair goes through it! just enjoy it! good luck.

Girl you BURNED yo ships in a major way :) :yep: The texture is beautiful. I'm sure it will take some getting used to.
 
It looks wonderful! I loved the cute little fluffing of the hair that you did in the end. I bet that once you start working with your natural hair more and figuring out the styles you like, it will grow on you and you will start feeling it more.

What length are you? I think you said you would be APL if you still

had the relaxed ends. How are you going to wear it and will you

keep your same regi?

You'd be surprised how long your hair really is. I bet if you rollerset and/or flatironed your hair you'd be pleasantly surprised. Curly my hair is up to my neck. Straight my hair is about APL.

Thank you... I don't know... SL I think... in the front... no length...
it's super short up there... I wish I would have just cut the back...
and kept transitioning in the front... I can only wear high ponytails
I'm not going to be using heat at all now... probably no more roller
sets either... I'm probably just gonna rock phony ponies and half wigs
until it grows out a bit... it's uneven... idc I'll get it evened out when
i'm happy with the length in the front... you really can't see it anyway
i'll be hiding my hair probably for a year or so
 
Awwww don't hide your hair, its beautiful!
Its going to take a while to be comfortable with the length and new texture. Trust me I did the BC in Sept and almost a year later I'm finally comfortable wearing my hair out in public. Its been trial and error with products. My hair is uneven too but I don't plan on cutting until my curly hair is very long. Keep giving it some TLC and it'll be long as heck before you know it :yep:
