I cut 8-10" of my hair today!!!

i know we are on a "long hair care forum"...but sometimes length aint all that important...(i still want long hair though)....but if I came to a point where I was unhappy with my hair or need a change...i would do it with a quickness...i'd take overall healthly hair over length A-N-Y-D-A-Y (not saying your hair was unhealthy...you get what i'm sayin')

I was ready for a change, and although I wanted to grow my hair WL, I couldn't deal with the amount of time I was spending on my hair....so I cut it myself today. Will I grow it back? Right now I believe that I won't grow it as long as I had it, but I probably will grow it out a few more inches, just enough to be able to do something different. The only thing I'll miss is my ponypuff, but right now I'm pretty happy and I'm going to enjoy my new style. Pics are in my album.

I certainly did enjoy getting my hair cut back in April (6" to 8"), and I don't miss it one bit.

At least we know what it feels like to have had long hair.

Yes, it will grow back, and like you, I'm not even sure if I want waist length hair again (especially since I'm working my way to having relaxer free hair).
