MissFallon said:I have not seen any extra growth and the extra protein/cholesterol is bad for my diabetes so I'm stopping. I did try though. I was eating 2 eggs a day, soy nuts, soy crisps, catfish or Talapia, and high protein slim fast bars everyday for my protein intake. That was about 75 grams daily.

I am still going strong but I don't really count the grams of protein anymore. I have at least 1 inch of growth since Feb (my last relaxer). I usually get 1/4 of an inch per month. I am going to keep up the high protein until May and I will relax around May 5.
