I got my first gray hair last year at 26... right after I lost my job and had the epic breakup with the ex. It is the first hair in the very front of my peak

My sister has a few long gray hairs. They really stand out. They're beautiful! I want them. But I'm pretty sure she's gonna be like mom: mostly gray by the time she's 40.
Got 1 at 34. I will be 36 this summer and I have yet to see another. My mother is 57 and only has bout 10; and, you have to be all up in her hair to see those. Sooo...I hope to grey slowly-like her.
I was in my 40's when I started getting gray hair. But it's wasn't until the big 50's that I thought I needed to color my hair.... I am still in age denial. I have always looked younger.... I can't seem to age past 36 mentally.
I spotted my first gray hair the day before my 34th birthday. I was flat-ironing preparatory to a weekend outing, and I just about had a heart attack. After I got myself under control, I realized that, hey, I've got an uncle who was completely gray before he even reached 30. I have no reason to trip about a couple of gray hairs. Yes, there are a few more, now that I'm 40, but I kinda like them, and there aren't enough to be worth the drama/trauma to my hair to risk my HHJ to hair dye.
I was about 4 when i first started getting silver streaks in my hair. (It's genetic because my father was almost completely gray by the time he was 30)...
It got me a lot of attention from other kids when I was smaller, but it wasn't a problem until I got to high school when the headmaster made me dye my NATURAL silver streaks black. (I went to a private boarding school and it was considered an "Extreme" hairstyle)
Im 33 and I got my first gray at 20. I now have a streak, about an inch wide in the front and they have taken over my edges. I dye my hair as often as possible. Lol
i only have a few, but i was born with them. when i was little, i was always told that having them at birth meant i would be wise or that i had an old soul, lol. i love them though and plan to embrace them fully when i get older. My dd was born with them also.
also, i notice that 1 or 2 sprout up on me when i let myself get really stressed. when i start seeing new ones, i know its one way my body is telling me i need to relax, slow down and take things easy.
I was about 18/19. My tia was playing around in my hair and found it smack in the middle of my head. She pulled it out to show me. I was so proud I kept it to show my DH. (He was deployed at the time.)
I don't mind it. My mom started silvering in her teens and it looks amazing on her.
I found mine last year, I actually spotted 2 of them as I was getting my hair ready for a wash. They looked so shiny I was so freaked out I called all my 3 sisters!
I got my first gray hairs in grad school lol. early 20's
had abut 3 right in the front of my head. however since of late (30s ) I now have what u may rightly call a patch of grays in the same area - they all came up within the last 6 or so months
