So far I've been co-washing at least every other day. I picked up some HE Tousle Me Softly and it works well for co-washing -- as well as for defining curls/waves on dry ponytails/buns.
RiteAid has a sale on HE and there was a coupon in this Sunday's paper for BOGO free, so I plan to pick up 2 more bottles to last me through the winter season.
...for you ladies that are co-washing at least 4x per week, how often do you do a protein treatment?

. I looked at my ends and I am soooo not happy. Crispy and scraggly is all I have to say. I'm cowashing and rinsing all this week and longer if I need to, until my moisture level is right.
it!
. When I cowash (with SS Honey Rinse), I leave the conditioner in and seal with SS Carrot Defrizzer (an oil mix), and when I rinse, I seal with the same stuff. So far my hair stays moist until I jump in the shower again.
. I've wet my hair and bunned everyday since the first.
