@Aggie omgsh! I can totally relate! I was so tired of going to the bathroom that I started to catch an attitudeI got in all of my water today. I'm so happy right now but wow, the bathroom was my friend today
. Eventually our bodies will adjust and our bathroom trips won't be as frequent 
.

I know it's hard to believe but I'm actually done with my 64 oz for today. I went on a marathon early in the morning. It helps me to pretend I'm in one of those eating contests... but with water. Lol. I'm glad my imagination is private

Summer where are you?
Aside from my bamboo tea, which I want to bump up to two cups, I only drink water. Once I get home from work I switch from the bottle to a cup. I think I need to stick with the bottle. I need to buy a straw for this bottle so I can sip all day

Finished my 64 oz for today! And good job to all the ladies who finished yesterday. It's not too late to start for those who didn't. You could pump yourself up to get serious about it tomorrow if you wanted to 
I am using a water app and I logged in 132 ounces today. It wasn't bad and I think I can hang with the Gallon Gurlz.
@trclemons just curious what app are you using? Need something to recommend to my sister to keep her on track.
Finished with my gallon for the day! Having a water bottle with a straw makes such a big difference, I left my water bottle home so I've been drinking the 16.9 fl oz bottles we supply at work. It's much harder for me when I can't just sip from a straw but I motored through and actually finished a head of my 4'clock challenge time. By the time I leave church tonight I will probably get in another 24oz.

I havent offically joined this challenge but whenever I see it I always grab an extra glass of water in the evenings for a grand total of around 80 oz per day. Is anyone drinking alkaline water?

I've known for a while about alkaline water but I think that all of this science made alkaline/ionized (whatever that means) water is a sham. Real alkaline water has bicarbonate in it and it usually reads pH balanced (7) but acts alkaline in the body. Not that 9.5 flat stuff in the store. River water is alkaline. You could make some at home by adding a pinch of baking powder/soda to it (bicarbonate). I wanted to start drinking mine with a pinch of salt.
