LOL. Naw, not short and not too tall. 5'11-6'2 for me please. :lick:

...and I'm 5'4.

I like looking UP into his eyes.

I'm 5'3" and they have to be taller than me, I've never been attracted to a guy that's my height. :ohwell: The guy I'm dating now is 6'2" :lachen:

what is consider short, average, tall?

well some people say anything less than 5'8 is short, average is 5'8 to about 5'10, tall is anything over 5'10!

I'm not attracted to short men. Never have been and never will be. Height is part of the attraction for me. The shorter a man is, the less good looking he becomes in my eyes.

6ft. and up, thank you very much.:yep:

i'm 5' 1". 5' 11" and over men only. i've only recently relaxed this "rule" as i've lowered it from over 6 foot. i like tall men. short men make me go :ohwell:. i'm rarely attracted to a short man.

Yes. I am 5'2' and I couldnot see myself with a man my height. Most men that I have associated with have been at least 5'10".

mY EX = 6'6"

Interested now in a guy 6'3"

lol shorts chicks always taking the tall men...leave some for us who are 5'8" and up okay...lol we dont want anyone the same height or shorter than us either lol

I am 5'5, DH is 5"10. I am fine with it. Of course to paint up my perfect man, he would have been like 6'2, but it's not that serious, since DH met 98% of what I was looking for.

My best friend is dating a WONDERFUL man- she is 5'7, he is 5'6. In addition,. she loves heels. When I tell you he treats her like a queen I am not exaggerating. It took her a while to get over the height, but now, they are very happy. His height is his only shortcoming. SHe did take some convincing though.

I'm 5'3 but I don't like tall guys. I dated a guy that was just a hair shorter than me but he was still shorter. I'm not attracted to dwarves or anything but all of my bf's have been only a couple inches taller than me 5'5-5'8.

I've always been attracted to short guys for some reason though I always pictured myself with a tall guy.
I'm 5'7 (Closer to 5'8 I guess) So most guys I've liked in the past have been around the same height as me. The guy Im interested in now is 6'3 and I certainly like the height factor much better this way :yep:

I voted for tall. I say tall because I am 5'2 and I don't want to be looking some short guy dead in the eye. I enjoy being able to wear whatever heel I want and still not come close. He has to be a minimum of 5'7. I know that some of you may think that this is short but for me it's just fine.

I like them tall. I'm only 5'2, so being my height won't work. I'd think I could take him in a fight :look:. The only exception to the "no shorties" rule is if he knew karate or was a boxer or something. He'd have to be EXCEPTIONALLY strong, otherwise, DEUCES!!! :peace:

what is consider short, average, tall?

well some people say anything less than 5'8 is short, average is 5'8 to about 5'10, tall is anything over 5'10!

I think the average height for males in the United States is 5'9; so, I am thinking anything under this is short, and anything over this is tall.

I'm 5'8" and DH is 6'2". When we hold each other standing up we are a perfect fit. He says he loves that he doesn't have to bend down to kiss me.

I've never dated anyone short. Height matters to me. I LOVE tall men. There's something about a tall man that's SO sexy.

I wont say I'll never date a short man but because I am 5'8, I prefer taller men. I think if I was short I wouldn't mind dating a short man.

I'm 5'9" and much prefer taller men, but it seems harder to find! Last BF was 5'7" (he treated me VERY well, at first :ohwell:), but dating a guy 6'5"....much, much better

At least 6'0 is fine for me....I like heels!

I love my short man
As a matter of fact he's on his way over right now... :drunk:

There are so many other things to worry about in a relationship than height. I answered: "doesn't matter".

The last guy I dated was short... I'm 5'5" and he seemed to be about the same, although he claimed to be nearly 5'7"...:look: He seemed like a dwarf to me... I'm used to dating tall (5'10 +) men. It just seems better to me. I don't like being at eye level with a guy; I like putting my arms UP to reach his shoulders, not right across!! :perplexed And his legs and arms seemed midget-like to me!! I have to admit that I'm almost glad that things didn't work out between us, not sure I could have gotten past the shortness factor....

Always swooned over a man 6' and taller..nowadays I've 'grown' past that superficial level. I've even lately considered dating a man who is not a professional man as long as he is good to me, shares a similar outlook on life, enjoys similar activities, is fairly good looking, likes my people and me his{sic}, has a good, genuine heart, knows the meaning of love and fidelity...height is not a big factor....I'd like him to be taller than me but that's all cosmetic.

DOES!!!

DOES height matter...

I thought I was the only one bothered by improper English :spinning:

My ex was 6'8" and his height/size was about the only thing I was attracted to...I felt protected.

My soon to be hubby is only a few inches taller than me so we are the same height when I wear heels...but Im still much more attracted to him than my ex, its more him as a total package I guess than looking at height alone. If he were 5 feet tall Id love him just the same.

"I'd think I could take him in a fight"

That's funny... that's pretty much my criteria for an attractive male build. If there's a group of guys, the short, scrawny one catches my eye -- and my imagination -- first. I've always wanted someone who I could look straight in the eye, and my first H.S. crush was shorter than me... and I'm 5'2''. That being said, height's not as big a dealbreaker for me as it seems to be for many other women... an attractive face is IMO, wayyy more important.
