Dear Vendor(s):

Dear vendor,
Not offering free shipping for certain dollar amounts (I.e. charging $12-$15-$20 for shipping on a $100 + order) will ensure that I shop elsewhere no matter how much i love & crave your products.

*please excuse typos* Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using LHCF

- Please, when you charge shipping actually use that money towards shipping. If you charged more than what it cost to ship the product, automatically refund the customer and DO NOT pocket that money.

- List the true ingredients on your website/bottles.

- Do not post personal information on facebook/email.

- Be ready for a high influx of sales when you have a nicely discounted sale and have the appropriate bottles and ingredients ready to handle it.

That is all :look:

Not sure if this was mentioned but to add to this, IF you do run out of stock of ingredients/items DO NOT send me a replacement item of something I did not order. I want my item or my money back for said item including the tax/shipping portion of the order for that item.

You need to have your most popular items PREMADE and refrigerated for safe keeping.

Dear Vendors:

Please stop trying to force me to spend a certain $ amount in order to receive a discount.

15% off of $50 is not worth my while.

P.S Don't give me a discount & then totally negate it by charging an arm & a leg for shipping.

i.e: my discount came to $9.80. My shipping total is $14 :ohwell: WTF??

Dear Vendor:

Please contact USPS or whoever you ship with and work all that stuff out NOW!

Also, please get your stock of Boxes, Tape, Packin' Peanuts, Bubble Wrap all purchased in advance.

Paper for your Printer for Receipts and Labels.

Have All Your Up Front Stuff Worked Out.

p.s. Make sure you still in good standing with PayPal:look:

Dear Vendor:

Once you realize a group of Women like a certain product or products, please don't start Price Gauging and Price Yourself right out of the Market.:ohwell:

The more you increase the price (no matter how much we may love it), we will begin to stray and start looking for 'cheaper' alternatives.:look: *Trust Me*

When you have a Good thing, stick to it and be mindful of the prices you set, regardless of how much we may Ooooo and Aaahhh over it.:drunk:

We're really not that 'loyal' and will bounce if given the chance.
lmao this is 100% true

Dear Vendors:

Requiring a Minimum Purchase Amount is not a Sale
Shipping Cost that Outweighs the Discount is not a Sale
Long Shipping Delays followed by Vendor Posts such as: the dog ate my homework stories is not a Sale
Not Filling Jars, Bottles etc...to the Brim is not a Sale
Having a Sale that only last an Hour or Two is not a Sale

Erhmagahd, I spent like $300 during that sale, and that was WITH the groupons/savemore coupons!

I think what a lot of these companies need to realize is that offering a GOOD sale on holidays like BF will make them MORE money in the long run. So many of us use those opportunities to do major hauls. I will spend major bank during a good sale or not at all. Case in point, I haven't hauled from Aveyou since. I wait on Black Friday every year to replenish my stash. If you're not having a good sale you're not getting my monies :nono:

Oh Sarenzo...and other venders...please get an editor to help you with those emails. Incorrect subject/verb agreement is not the business nor is misspelling. :nono:

#neveragain.com And I was a 1st time Customer.

Quoted for emphasis for all of the lurking vendors. Also, please refrain from including detailed information regarding your personal trials and tribulations in your correspondence, e.g, a sudden family emergency, the distributor is out of stock in a key ingredient, the dog ate my business plan, etc.

I think you answered your own question.

Most consumers are principally concerned with their own experiences – how a vendor treats them and how a given product performs on their hair; all other issues are secondary. As a result, they will continue to patronize the lax and substandard vendors in order to obtain a staple or effective product.

IMO, therein lies the problem. There needs to be more solidarity within the consumer community. Once a vendor realizes that there’s customer unity and the potential for backlash, they will step up their game and act accordingly. I’ve personally witnessed it happen. However, things will never change until consumers are willing to sacrifice a staple product for the greater good.

I don't think so. SD has good customer service and her prices are reasonable. I was speaking about the companies who have bad/terrible CS.
