It's already been said but if I order BF 2013, I shouldn't be getting products in 2014.
- Please, when you charge shipping actually use that money towards shipping. If you charged more than what it cost to ship the product, automatically refund the customer and DO NOT pocket that money.
- List the true ingredients on your website/bottles.
- Do not post personal information on facebook/email.
- Be ready for a high influx of sales when you have a nicely discounted sale and have the appropriate bottles and ingredients ready to handle it.
That is all
Dear Vendors:
Please stop trying to force me to spend a certain $ amount in order to receive a discount.
15% off of $50 is not worth my while.

lmao this is 100% trueDear Vendor:
Once you realize a group of Women like a certain product or products, please don't start Price Gauging and Price Yourself right out of the Market.
The more you increase the price (no matter how much we may love it), we will begin to stray and start looking for 'cheaper' alternatives. *Trust Me*
When you have a Good thing, stick to it and be mindful of the prices you set, regardless of how much we may Ooooo and Aaahhh over it.
We're really not that 'loyal' and will bounce if given the chance.
OKAY!!!

Oh Sarenzo...and other venders...please get an editor to help you with those emails. Incorrect subject/verb agreement is not the business nor is misspelling.
I Personally wouldn't want anything from Sarenzo if it was FREE...
I had horrible CS and just a horrible all around experience purchasing from this particular Vendor.
#neveragain.com And I was a 1st time Customer.
As all the Holloweenies would say Today: Girl BOO!
I think you answered your own question.
Most consumers are principally concerned with their own experiences – how a vendor treats them and how a given product performs on their hair; all other issues are secondary. As a result, they will continue to patronize the lax and substandard vendors in order to obtain a staple or effective product.
IMO, therein lies the problem. There needs to be more solidarity within the consumer community. Once a vendor realizes that there’s customer unity and the potential for backlash, they will step up their game and act accordingly. I’ve personally witnessed it happen. However, things will never change until consumers are willing to sacrifice a staple product for the greater good.
