If I said you sent me the wrong item, or it spilled....please take my word.

Please don't make me hafta' initiate a PP Dispute to get you to respond to my inquiry about my monneee.

If you have changed ingredients, reformulated etc...Please disclose that information.

Please work with USPS and get your Shipping Costs under control.

If your discount is less than the Shipping...IMO You did not have a Sale.

Please don't have 'continuous' Sales, when you haven't shipped the items from the last 2 Sales you just had.

BUYERS: If you receive a wrong item, missing item, spilled item, consistency issues (even though it's a Hassle and you may not feel like dealing with it) please also do your due diligence to get the situation rectified.

By forgetting about it, doesn't help the masses when it happens again.

The only way to 'make it better for everyone' is to point these things out to the SELLER when it happens.
