Dear Vendor(s):

You would think love would be the first ingredient. I thought ingredients were listed the most to the least. So they only include a tiny bit of love.

I can't see any mentions on my IPhone. PM me if it is a must see. Allons y

^^^ Or, it's a rambled assortment of ingredients/key ingredients listed, where the purchaser has no idea what are the actual percentages of each item.

@IDareT'sHair

In lieu of "Love!" will you let me know what's in it and what it smells like. I know ya'll be getting sick of me asking what everything smells like. It cracks me up when @NappyRina be asking everbody for the full ingredient list from forum members because of her allergies.

Why are these vendors making it so hard for people to spend their :dollar::dollar::dollar: when they're jonesin' for a DC & LI fix? It does not make any sense...

^^ WORD!! Yall can say that again! :perplexed

What -Do they think someone is going to "steal" their precious formulas? Or do they think we are too stupid to know that it takes more than KEY Ingredients to make a product? People with allergies have to be strict about what they apply/ingest or else ...

As a potential consumer I need to know EVERY oil, butter, herb, emulsifier, essential oil, fragrance oil, liquid, solid, juice, berry, gemstone and unicorn tear you used .....in order from greatest to least ... and this should be posted on the website and should match the jar/bottle that I receive (no surprises! :nono:) .. I need a description of what it smells like, the texture, everything that I would find out if the product was on a local store shelf before I buy it ... these things are not too much to ask!

Kudos to PJaye for stating this thread and to everyone for keeping it REAL ...the funny ... and the serious :yep:

Dear Vendors:

Thank you for having 'early' Sales. Also, thank you for informing Customers early how/when your Sale will run and the expected Shipping/wait times.

This is helpful to both me and you during the planning stages.

All this improves my overall Shopping experience and Customer Satisfaction.

We appreciate your thinking of us as customers when determining of discounts and keeping products affordable.

We also really appreciate those vendors that package their products with care, e.g., labels that don’t fade or bleed, securing caps and lids, flip top caps and pumps for less viscous products, using peanuts and/or bubble wrap for additional protection, etc. Some, like me, even smile while unwrapping our goodies.

Dear Vendor's please don't start smelling your self after you gain some popularity. I don't care how good your products are, once you start acting like you are doing your customers a favor or that your customers are annoying you, I know it's time to keep it moving. Some of y'all really need to learn what to say to your customers. The less y'all say especially on social media the better :spinning:

Somehow, in my heart, I get the feeling I know who you are referencing...and I want you to know, I fully cosign this message.

To all the vendors that get it right - great products, innovative offerings, good customer service, timely delivery, and making your products available to those of us internationally that want to use them through reasonable shipping costs or retailers on the ground - thank you, thank you, thank you.

Dear Vendors

Thank you for offering 20%+

I noticed many of you are offering 25, 30, 35, 50% with no Minimum Purchasing Requirements.

Please continue this trend as resources on our end are spent wisely and competition on your end continue to compete for the same dollars.:look:

Please be mindful of Shipping Charges. It could cost you a Sale.:look:

In fact, it often does.

...and you shouldn't have to! :nono:

Plenty of people have shipping for five dollars or... less :yep:.

And when shipping is cheaper WE BUY MORE PRODUCTS!

I can't see any mentions on my IPhone. PM me if it is a must see. Allons y

I really do not like doing business with companies that don't have phone numbers. I know that this was listed already, but everything cannot be handled through email. Email is not the best way to handle some customer service. Some companies don't take orders by phone but are available for other customer service issues. Sometimes time is of the essence.

Dear Vendor(s),

Please make it easy to navigate your site and find products. Your site should be intuitive.

I shouldn't need a secret decoder to find a product that everyone is ranting and raving about.

Also, less is more in some situations, so lose the music. TIA

Dear Vendors,

Please dont get upset when people offer constructive criticism. It's part of the growth process in both business and in life. We want our favorite vendors to succeed and do well. So if we see something that we feel could improve your business, don't try to make us feel stupid for expressing our opinion.
Pleaseee don't start acting like "Hey look, they're picking on me!"

Dear Vender:

Thank you for offering pre-Black Friday sales. But, unless disclosed, please do not ship my items after Black Friday. I should get them before then, right? To alleviate the Black Friday hoopla?

For those who order from soultanical this month during their sale, did you get your stuff yet?

Girl yeah right like 2 months later they will...that would be a miracle if anyone did get decent shipping time. I'm still salty on this vendor's shipping and I've only ordered the once. Probably will not again until they get that under control. Just can't do it lol.

ETA- if y'all did post that experience please

I thought she had a sale every single Friday. She stopped?

I can't see any mentions on my IPhone. PM me if it is a must see. Allons y

Can we list the vendors that are quick with shipping after BF?

I ordered Curl Junkie on Sunday and the mail it out on Monday (veteran's day) UPS.

Last year curl junkie and sage mailed out the Saturday after BF and I had my products waaaay up Alaska by Tuesday and Wednesday. Some folks were waiting on BF items well after Christmas!

I ordered from one of those Friday sales on 10/18. Got it 11/5. Kinda long in my opinion. That's over two weeks. Not to mention the tracking didn't update for a few days. I went on their FB site and of course there was an excuse blaming USPS.

It was just body scrub and that smudge.

Ditto and cosigning your side kicks statements that your customers that offer constructive criticism are "haters" and "bleep the haters" is just ridiculous, disrespectful and have landed you on my do not by from list :look::spinning:

Dear Vendor:

While I 'sincerely' appreciate you having a "PRE" Black Friday Sale with a nice Discount, what I DO NOT appreciate is: My Discount being $8.00 and Shipping being $7.00.

I just cannot get down with that.

Yours Truly,
